Greeted me and my family with a smile. Their lobby was amazing. Huge! It accommodated my very big Filipino and extended Filipino families and friends too! Our room was tastefully done. Nice view, cozy king size bed, modern bathroom and rain shower to boot! They provided free complimentary breakfast buffet which was fantastic. You can order omelet and pancakes too! I had dinner at their restaurant and surprised, they had Italian on their menu. Best part, there is an outskirts mallstrip about a 5 minute walk. There is a drug store, convenience store, Jollibee, and a few other eateries. Mella is also only about a 20 minute car ride to Manila airport. Very convenient. Oh, I almost forgot. Complimentary bottles of water and sodas in the fridge. Room service took about 30-40 minutes considering we ordered at 950 at night. I believe the kitchen is open 24 hours but the item availability changes late into the night Express check out allows you to simply drop off your key card in the deposit box at the front desk. C Only qualm i have of the room was that the hot water doesn't get very hot in temperature despite being set to the hottest setting. Will it stop me from coming back? The place can be a bit too pricey for its location, but it's a great place to check your visiting family/friends in if you live in BF and you need them close by. Though, do let me emphasize that this place is really, really beautiful adorned with classic, European-inspired pieces and it's tastefully decorated (one of the owners is an interior designer, so this is expected). You'll fall in love with their beautiful chandeliers, black and white checkboard tile flooring, and their elegant spiral staircase (don't worry, they have elevators). The two elevators were quite busy at times. That is probably why there were benches in front or near elevators at certain levels. A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course.You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. The rooms had two beds (one single, one full), air-conditioning unit, a fridge, two chairs and a little table and a window. It also has a bathroom with hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. This hotel is hella complete as far as I'm concerned. If you're looking for a posh place to stay, then I suggest you shell out posh hotel money. There is a big swimming pool on a lower floor but overlooking from the floor I was staying. The area was quiet and we weren't disturbed during our stay. Overall overnight stay is ok.
