The place can be a bit too pricey for its location, but it's a great place to check your visiting family/friends in if you live in BF and you need them close by. Though, do let me emphasize that this place is really, really beautiful adorned with classic, European-inspired pieces and it's tastefully decorated (one of the owners is an interior designer, so this is expected). You'll fall in love with their beautiful chandeliers, black and white checkboard tile flooring, and their elegant spiral staircase (don't worry, they have elevators). They also called a taxi for us when we needed one. Room was small and basic. The bathroom was dirty and we didn't want to use the shower. The rest of the room was fairly clean and the bed and linens looked clean. Wireless internet is free but only worked in the lobby. Complimentary breakfast, not great but better than nothing I guess. Free shuttle back to airport. Convenient location by airport otherwise leaves much to be desired.

Everyone, from the concierge to the front desk and the restaurant staff where I celebrated my birthday, was incredibly polite and accommodating. Most importantly, the hotel was spotless. I was initially worried because it's a casino hotel and I feared it would be smoky (which is a concern for my asthmatic child), but it was very fresh. Our main problem was our room was too dimly lit. It was very hard to see inside our luggages. The shower stall had no door. At least, the bathroom was well lit. The two elevators were quite busy at times. That is probably why there were benches in front or near elevators at certain levels. A person shows up at the airport by baggage claim with your name on a sign, just like a regular limo service. The car is an economy car unless you want to limo. That costs more of course.You can book through the travel desk at this hotel (a 3rd party company) to the right of the checkin desk. Or email the hotel ahead of time. It takes about 24 hours to confirm your airport pick up. Verdict: Enjoyed it for an overnight stay. Will use again if i come in on a late night flight and leaving the next morning. A little bit of refreshing goes a very very long way and it's definitely good for the traveling spirit. Specially when you have another flight at 0810. An airconditioned shuttle to and from the hotel is provided and is complementary. The spacious Suzuki people carrier came to pick us up that night. The driver greeted us warmly and even helped us with our bags. Upon arrival to the hotel, two bell employees helped unload the van and helped us carry our bags up 2 flights of stairs and escorted us to our room. The rooms had two beds (one single, one full), air-conditioning unit, a fridge, two chairs and a little table and a window. It also has a bathroom with hot shower, a toilet, and a sink with a mirror. This hotel is hella complete as far as I'm concerned. If you're looking for a posh place to stay, then I suggest you shell out posh hotel money. There is a big swimming pool on a lower floor but overlooking from the floor I was staying. The area was quiet and we weren't disturbed during our stay. Overall overnight stay is ok.
