Came here with my father, who was born and raised in Pakistan and has very strong opinions about Pakistani/Indian food! We loved this place, including the ambiance (very stylish with lots of "photo opps"), service (the owner came to speak with us and was very friendly and helpful), and quality of the food. My partner also shared that the samosa chaat was one of if not the best that he's tried. Whenever we're back in Vegas, we will likely return here! read more

I placed a takeout order from Chaska and tried the Amritsari kulcha and samosa chaat. I had fairly high expectations for the kulcha, but it ended up being just decent -- not bad, but not memorable enough for me to order again. The samosa chaat, on the other hand, was actually really good and easily the highlight of the meal. It had good flavor and was much more satisfying compared to the kulcha. From what I could see, the ambiance seemed nice and welcoming, even though I ordered takeout. There's also plenty of parking available, which makes the visit convenient. Customer service was decent overall and the staff were pleasant during pickup. read more

I came to Chaska on a Friday with my sister, and we are big fans of Indian food, we were excited to try it. We ordered the masala dosa, pav bhaji, and chicken tikka masala, and we enjoyed everything. Nothing disappointed. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but it clearly has a steady flow of customers. When we arrived, there were already people dining, and throughout our meal there were plenty of people coming in to pick up orders. The inside is cute and honestly a nice change. I feel like a lot of restaurants in Las Vegas stick to the same layout and design aesthetic, and this place feels different in a refreshing way. As for service, it was kind of in the middle. Not super fast or overly efficient, but not slow either. It felt reasonable and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, a great spot for Indian food with good dishes and a cozy, unique atmosphere. read more

This restaurant was within walking distance to my hotel and has a very nice, easy to use website so I decided to place an order for pickup and walked over 20 minutes later. The employees were very nice and helped me right away, from the brief time I was inside the restaurant it had a nice ambiance with candles going. I ordered the butter chicken royale and naan and both left a bit to be desired. The butter chicken was soupy and very oily, not at all creamy. Sometimes this happens with takeout when steam builds inside the container but it shouldn't be quite so severely liquidy. The flavor was ok, a bit watered down, and there was no spice level option when ordering so it was just mild. The chicken came in thin strips and were not very flavorful, they kind of just tasted like they'd been thrown in the sauce as opposed to marinated in yogurt & spices before. The naan was good but again very oily. The bag also did not come with any plastic silverware or napkins. $30 nowadays is unfortunately not an uncommon price for one takeout meal but I feel it is a high enough price to expect better quality food. read more

When we walked in, the restaurant was empty. The waiter was watching reels on his phone and did not notice us for a long time. We tried to get his attention but it was a long, awkward wait. Finally he noticed us and sat us. We got the tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, vegetable biryani, and garlic naan. The chicken tandoori was so dry and hard. The lamb in the lamb vindaloo was so tough to chew too. The meats overall were hard as a rock. We did not get a refill on our water either. After 30 minutes, we quickly asked for some boxes and paid. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not worth the $105 we paid ($91bill plus 15% tip). We will most likely not return. read more

Good food and clean. If you are looking for Indian street food, this place is not bad.

We made a reservation at this restaurant for our Valentine's Day dinner. The interior was both intimate and semi-fancy. The space appeared small and can be quickly filled. Bombay Street Bhel | The mint-tamarind chutney dressing was delicious. The puffed rice and other crispy deliciousness remained crunchy throughout. Pani Poori | The potato filling inside the poori was not as flavorful compared to other similar establishments. The spiced water gave a burst of tangy and sweet flavor. It was a whole different experience LOL! Butter Chicken Royale | All of the aromatics came together well. Tender and juicy chicken chunks were mixed into a rich and slightly sweet and tangy sauce. Saag Chicken | The dish was not as aromatic, but rather earthy given the spinach-based sauce. The chicken chunks had a nice tenderness and were cooked to perfection. Garlic Naan | The soft and chewy bread had a good pungent garlic flavor. It had a light and fluffy texture as well. Service: The food came out somewhat slow, but everything seemed to be made to order. Our server, who was a pleasant gentleman, was able to accommodate all of our requests and was extremely knowledgeable about the menu. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot. Highly Recommend! read more

You walk in the door and you can smell how good the food is going to be. Was seated immediately. Ordered garden samosa and garlic naan for the table. And then I ordered the lamb biriyani for myself. The lamb was tender and the dish was perfectly spicy. Everything was a 10/10. read more

We have visited Chaska twice, first time with our dear Indian friends and then we came back to dine at Chaska again , because it was so good. Chaska is located near the Las Vegas Factory Outlets South, very accessible from the airport. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We have tried different menu items and everything was prepared fresh and you can taste the freshness, absolute perfection. Each dish was prepared with great care and culture pride. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients that clearly stood out. Truly amazing authentic flavors of India . The highlight of our meal was Tandoori chicken, very flavorful and not spicy at all, perfect blend of spices. The garlic naans were heavenly good . We have even tried an Indian beer and it was very tasty. The restaurant has two dining rooms and the entire restaurant is beautifully decorated. The decor is gorgeous and elegant. It is very welcoming and very clean. The service was great, very professional and attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy for our second time visit, the staff managed to handle everything with professionalism. Excellent service. Especially compliments to the Chef Vijay who prepared our food with such a great care. Overall: we had a great experience and we highly recommend it! Must try this Indian restaurant if you're into good Indian food! It is not just a meal- it is truly a delightful and blissful experience worth every minute of a drive from the Strip. read more

Let's start first by saying the employee there was very rude!!!!! I was there for a birthday dinner and he was so annoyed with us until i almost got up and walked out. Not only was the service bad but the food was extremely salty. I purchased the vegetarian Hakka noodles and vegetarian samosa. The food was very overpriced for the portions. Saw this new spot and decided to check it out with a friend (vegetarian). The restaurant has plenty of seating, and while they prefer you to order at the counter, they took our order at the table which was nice since it felt more like a full-service restaurant. Food and service were both good. My partner doesn't like spice, and Chaska, did a great job with mild spice for his food. Location is good, and the complex is fairly new. There is currently a Groupon as well. We didn't have time for a 5 course tasting but just wanted to let the Yelpers know there was a coupon if interested. read more

Highly disappointed with quality and way they served !! Came to Chaska with high expectations based on reviews, but the experience was not good. Ordered some south Indian stuff for kids, the dosa had no layers and not made well. The sambhar had no taste. Then ordered some Indian Chinese, hakka noodles was ok but biggest bummer was chilli panner.. it did not had the taste, missing salt, not the presentation and feel i would expect. Also, i will not expect it to be served in an IKEA plate considering the price is 17 bucks. I was highly disappointed with food and will not recommend this place . read more

Wouldn't know how good this place is, we went in and were told we'd be seated in a min. Only two tables were there at the time. Sat for 15 min no acknowledgment so we just left. Not busy at all, and the other two tables had food already. read more

The food was amazing! We went for a special event so it wasn't the normal dining experience that you would have here. It was a buffet style, so I was able to try several options. Being vegan, Indian food makes it easy to dine out. They have several vegan options. My only complaint is it wasn't transparent on what was vegan. I had to actually ask the chef. As he verbally told me what was Vegan, I was unable to remember everything he said, plus he was so busy since they didn't have enough staff. That was another issue, but the staff is very nice! The place isn't very large, but it is quite cozy. read more

My husband and I arrived and saw what looked like two Indian restaurants right next to each other. Both entrances went to the same Chaska location. We walked into a well kept, nicely decorated space. Our waiter was the chef who suggested garlic naan, Butter Chichen and Dal Makhani (which is slow cooked lentils). The portion size was perfect, the food was delicious. Definitely coming back!! read more

I selected this restaurant due to their participation in Three Square Restaurant Week. Big plus for them that they had different options (and prices) for vegetarians/ non-vegetarians. Portions were more than adequate. You can see I was served naan, basamati rice, 3 veggie curries, salad, and sweet dessert. The food was excellent except the carrots in the korma were maybe previously frozen baby carrots bad texture. Staff was friendly & attentive despite my arrival 25 minutes before they closed. The area to improve would be table bussing management. I saw 3 staff leave as I arrived but several tables in the front of the restaurant had not been cleared or prepped. There appeared to be 3 staff remaining, including a chef & the host/ server. The restaurant is large but they were only using the front area which was messy. It is a nice space but the restriction to the front tables detracted from the overall food experience. They have tough competition from nearby restaurants so I hope they continue to grow their presence. I pass 4 other Indian restaurants from my house to the nearby mall but will definitely return here. read more

Food was amazing. So hearty and flavourful and every bite was delicious. The inside is split in two, one room is a bit more dressed up in terms of decor and the other has a counter where you can order. I don't think they're gonna be around long. Went for a Timeleft dinner last week, it took about 35 mins for the manager or whatever to come over and tell us we had to order from the register to split checks. He complained about how it was too busy when there was our 2 tables and like 1 other group. Took another 30 minutes to get the blandest tandoori chicken I've ever had and a Stella. Bad food, bad service, bad location. Nice instagram wall I guess read more

The mango lassi here is always the star of the show -- creamy, perfectly sweet, and just the right amount of tang. I'm a huge mango fan, and honestly, I'd come here just for that drink! If you're looking for tasty Indian cuisine, Chef Vijay Deokar's restaurant is a must-try. The menu offers plenty of options for vegetarians and those on gluten-free diets. We ordered the Paneer Shashik Tikka, Palak Paneer Royale, Masala Dosa, and Rice Idli, and everything was delicious. The Palak Paneer was especially outstanding--it's the best I've tasted in Las Vegas, very fresh and flavorful. Chef Deokar and his team were exceptionally warm and attentive, making the experience even better. My only disappointment is that I didn't discover this place sooner. We'll be returning! read more

I just found my Indian restaurant in Las Vegas! If you're staying near by, Residence Inn or even if you're not staying near, just come here! This place is so nice inside. Great music too! I love Indian cuisine! I ordered the potato cakes. They had so much flavor and the perfect amount of spice. The sauce it comes with is amazing. I ordered the butter chicken and Garlic naan. The chicken was tender and juicy, the butter sauce was vibrant and balanced. The garlic naan was fire! I am no stranger to Indian cuisine so I knew you eat it with your right hand. This is my first time here! The music is lively! Then start you out with a glass of cold water. They use metal dinner plates! This is my first ever Indian food "wine pairing" (a glass). The menu is extensive and there is also a huge drink menu. You can choose either a House Wine (Chardonay, Merlot, Moscato, Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir. We are starting out with Pinot Noir. For our appetizers (you get 2), we are having the Kathi Roll which is a signature Chaska hand rolled bread with eggs, onions and peppers in a tortilla roll griller and served with mint chutney. This is good! It's like an Indian burrito. It has kick too. It's double stepped in tinfoil and wax paper. We are also having the Chili Chicken which is boneless chicken stir fried with bell peppers, onions and a spicy chili-soy sauce blend. This is good! It's not very spicy but I like it. For our entrees (we get 2), we are having the Bhuna Gosht which is a slow cooked goat where the meat is roasted with onions, tomatoes and a blend of spices until it develops a thick, flavorful gravy and served with rice. This is good! A bit salty, but I love it! For our second entree, we are having the Fish Hariyali Kebab. These are fresh filets marinated in a green blend of coriander, spinach grilled to "flaky" perfection. This is good! It's light and easy to eat. I like the mint chutney. For my final drink, I'm having a Bahubali. This drink evokes the strength and grandeur of the legendary warrior, Bahubali. This majestic cocktail blends high-end whiskey with the vibrant hues of Blue Curacao. It's a tribute to India's cinematic magnus opus where every sip us a taste of royalty. I can't the alcohol (whiskey), but I can taste the Blue Curacao. I think they use a lot of Blue Curacso which dilute it a bit too much. The crushed ice doesn't help. The server gave me a small sample of the whiskey so it's not the problem. Kudos for the server for doing this! For dessert, we're having gulab jamun. Gulab jamun is a beloved South Asian dessert of fried dough balls soaked in fragrant syrup. These are good! Sugary but yummy! What a great meal! read more
