    Amritsari Kulcha Chole Royale
    Sundeep I.

I placed a takeout order from Chaska and tried the Amritsari kulcha and samosa chaat. I had fairly high expectations for the kulcha, but it ended up being just decent -- not bad, but not memorable enough for me to order again. The samosa chaat, on the other hand, was actually really good and easily the highlight of the meal. It had good flavor and was much more satisfying compared to the kulcha. From what I could see, the ambiance seemed nice and welcoming, even though I ordered takeout. There's also plenty of parking available, which makes the visit convenient. Customer service was decent overall and the staff were pleasant during pickup.

I came to Chaska on a Friday with my sister, and we are big fans of Indian food, we were excited to try it. We ordered the masala dosa, pav bhaji, and chicken tikka masala, and we enjoyed everything. Nothing disappointed. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but it clearly has a steady flow of customers. When we arrived, there were already people dining, and throughout our meal there were plenty of people coming in to pick up orders. The inside is cute and honestly a nice change. I feel like a lot of restaurants in Las Vegas stick to the same layout and design aesthetic, and this place feels different in a refreshing way. As for service, it was kind of in the middle. Not super fast or overly efficient, but not slow either. It felt reasonable and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, a great spot for Indian food with good dishes and a cozy, unique atmosphere.

When we walked in, the restaurant was empty. The waiter was watching reels on his phone and did not notice us for a long time. We tried to get his attention but it was a long, awkward wait. Finally he noticed us and sat us. We got the tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, vegetable biryani, and garlic naan. The chicken tandoori was so dry and hard. The lamb in the lamb vindaloo was so tough to chew too. The meats overall were hard as a rock. We did not get a refill on our water either. After 30 minutes, we quickly asked for some boxes and paid. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not worth the $105 we paid ($91bill plus 15% tip). We will most likely not return.

You walk in the door and you can smell how good the food is going to be. Was seated immediately. Ordered garden samosa and garlic naan for the table. And then I ordered the lamb biriyani for myself. The lamb was tender and the dish was perfectly spicy. Everything was a 10/10.

Vegetarian tali consisting of pander, vegetable Norma, channa masala, salad, rice under the naan, gulab jamun.

I selected this restaurant due to their participation in Three Square Restaurant Week. Big plus for them that they had different options (and prices) for vegetarians/ non-vegetarians. Portions were more than adequate. You can see I was served naan, basamati rice, 3 veggie curries, salad, and sweet dessert. The food was excellent except the carrots in the korma were maybe previously frozen baby carrots bad texture. Staff was friendly & attentive despite my arrival 25 minutes before they closed. The area to improve would be table bussing management. I saw 3 staff leave as I arrived but several tables in the front of the restaurant had not been cleared or prepped. There appeared to be 3 staff remaining, including a chef & the host/ server. The restaurant is large but they were only using the front area which was messy. It is a nice space but the restriction to the front tables detracted from the overall food experience. They have tough competition from nearby restaurants so I hope they continue to grow their presence. I pass 4 other Indian restaurants from my house to the nearby mall but will definitely return here.

I love this restaurant. As a vegan, there are so many options. This is my second time here and i didn't order the same thing as the last time. Exceptional and delicious!

We had such a great time at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious. The Service was even more delicious. Chef Vijay was so friendly and amazing!!!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. Order the Indian whiskey and you won't be disappointed. It was so smooth on the front and back end no burn. It was amazing.

Let's start first by saying the employee there was very rude!!!!! I was there for a birthday dinner and he was so annoyed with us until i almost got up and walked out. Not only was the service bad but the food was extremely salty. I purchased the vegetarian Hakka noodles and vegetarian samosa. The food was very overpriced for the portions. I will never come back here!!!

We have visited Chaska twice, first time with our dear Indian friends and then we came back to dine at Chaska again , because it was so good. Chaska is located near the Las Vegas Factory Outlets South, very accessible from the airport. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We have tried different menu items and everything was prepared fresh and you can taste the freshness, absolute perfection. Each dish was prepared with great care and culture pride. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients that clearly stood out. Truly amazing authentic flavors of India . The highlight of our meal was Tandoori chicken, very flavorful and not spicy at all, perfect blend of spices. The garlic naans were heavenly good . We have even tried an Indian beer and it was very tasty. The restaurant has two dining rooms and the entire restaurant is beautifully decorated. The decor is gorgeous and elegant. It is very welcoming and very clean. The service was great, very professional and attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy for our second time visit, the staff managed to handle everything with professionalism. Excellent service. Especially compliments to the Chef Vijay who prepared our food with such a great care. Overall: we had a great experience and we highly recommend it! Must try this Indian restaurant if you're into good Indian food! It is not just a meal- it is truly a delightful and blissful experience worth every minute of a drive from the Strip.

Highly disappointed with quality and way they served !! Came to Chaska with high expectations based on reviews, but the experience was not good. Ordered some south Indian stuff for kids, the dosa had no layers and not made well. The sambhar had no taste. Then ordered some Indian Chinese, hakka noodles was ok but biggest bummer was chilli panner.. it did not had the taste, missing salt, not the presentation and feel i would expect. Also, i will not expect it to be served in an IKEA plate considering the price is 17 bucks. I was highly disappointed with food and will not recommend this place .

We entered the restaurant- waited for 10 minutes- We were left alone and nobody checked on us. We finally had to ask for help. Nobody took our order another 15 minutes or checked on us. We finally decided to walk away with no food service.

Saw this new spot and decided to check it out with a friend (vegetarian). The restaurant has plenty of seating, and while they prefer you to order at the counter, they took our order at the table which was nice since it felt more like a full-service restaurant. Food and service were both good. My partner doesn't like spice, and Chaska, did a great job with mild spice for his food. Location is good, and the complex is fairly new. There is currently a Groupon as well. We didn't have time for a 5 course tasting but just wanted to let the Yelpers know there was a coupon if interested.

Let me say it again - the food here is amazing! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Worth the trip wherever you live in the Valley.

We didn't get our drinks for a good ten minutes and when they arrived I was surprised that my Gin Fizz (off their cocktail menu) looked a lot more like a Tom Collins. Never seen a Gin Fizz that was clear and sticky/carbonated. But it did taste good. I had the fish curry (Indian menu). The coconut curry was globby and sweet, the texture of custard and not velvety or smooth. The dish was like a hybrid of fish and coconut cream pie. Very bland. Sweet fish. No no no. My partners chicken tikka murgh was much better. The garlic naan was amazing. I noticed the prices went up quite a lot. 6 months ago when I first bookmarked this place, fish curry was $21. Last night I think we paid $26. Similar increase on all menu items. Very beautiful and intimate setting. We were immediately impressed when we sat down. But the food and drinks... very meh!

This family-owned restaurant that recently opened a few months ago happened to be close to our area. The interior appeared elegant, spacious, and neat. Khaman | The little cubes of steamed gram flour were slighty dry even with the syrup. The texture was not as melt-in-your-mouth as it was advertised. This just fell flat. Pani Puri | Eating pani puri was a whole experience. This is the top pani puri we've had compared to other similar establishments. The pastry was firm enough to hold the spiced chickepea/potato mix and mint water. Street Stype Bhel | Adding pomegranate seeds gave an extra texture. However, the puffed rice did not remain crispy throughout. The sweet, tangy and slightly spicy dressing provided a good flavor explosion. Pav Bhaji | We're unsure if the mild flavor of the mashed potato mix was intended because it was our first time experiencing it. Chicken Tikka Masala | The grilled chicken chunks were tender and juicy. The aromatics came through in this dish. The most enjoyable part was dipping the naan in this rich and creamy sauce. Stuffed Cheese Naan | Generous amount of cheese in this soft and fluffy bread. There were too many options to choose from, we were unable to make room for garlic and butter naan! LOL Laccha Paratha | It did not have the usual flaky layers, it was more flat. Menu: All of the dishes are made fresh in-house. Bread, curry, and rice were all available on the menu, along with vegetarian options. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

One of the worst dining experiences we've had in Vegas…read more We decided to try Mint near Flamingo Road, and honestly, we left wondering how a place can get so many dishes wrong in a single meal. We ordered a huge spread--Paneer Chilli, Paneer Peshwari, Paneer Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta, five garlic butter naans, two tandoori rotis, Kadai Mutton, Tandoori Chicken, and Chicken Tikka Kabab--and almost everything was a disappointment. Paneer Chilli: This was the first red flag. It was super tangy--so sour it overpowered every other flavor. Instead of a balanced Indo‑Chinese dish, it tasted like someone dumped vinegar straight into the pan. Paneer Peshwari: Easily one of the worst dishes of the night. The curry didn't even look like a curry--it looked like oil and water had completely separated, floating in layers. It was unappetizing before we even tasted it, and somehow tasted even worse. Paneer Tikka Masala: This one was shocking. The paneer tasted stale, like it had been sitting around far too long, and the sauce was basically a thin, bland tomato soup pretending to be tikka masala. No richness, no spice, no depth. Malai Kofta: Mushy, oddly sour, and completely off in texture. It didn't resemble the creamy, flavorful dish it's supposed to be. Breads: The garlic butter naan was limp and greasy, and the tandoori rotis were so dry they felt like they'd been forgotten in the oven. Nothing tasted fresh. Kadai Mutton: All heat, no flavor. It felt like someone added chili powder and called it a day. The meat didn't taste seasoned or cooked with care. Tandoori Chicken & Chicken Tikka Kabab: Both were overcooked, dry, and surprisingly flavorless. Tandoori dishes are supposed to be the highlight of any Indian restaurant, but these were just sad. For the price and the reputation this place claims to have, the entire meal felt like a complete letdown. Nothing tasted balanced, nothing tasted fresh, and nothing made us want to return. Based on our experience, this was easily one of the worst meals we've had in Vegas. We brought our guests here and paid freaking $500 for worst food. Zero customer service even after providing feedback. We had Mint previously many times and this was utterly worst experience ever. Never coming back again and spreading same message to my friends and family.
