I placed a takeout order from Chaska and tried the Amritsari kulcha and samosa chaat. I had fairly high expectations for the kulcha, but it ended up being just decent -- not bad, but not memorable enough for me to order again. The samosa chaat, on the other hand, was actually really good and easily the highlight of the meal. It had good flavor and was much more satisfying compared to the kulcha. The spiced water gave a burst of tangy and sweet flavor. It was a whole different experience LOL! Butter Chicken Royale | All of the aromatics came together well. Tender and juicy chicken chunks were mixed into a rich and slightly sweet and tangy sauce. Saag Chicken | The dish was not as aromatic, but rather earthy given the spinach-based sauce. The chicken chunks had a nice tenderness and were cooked to perfection. Garlic Naan | The soft and chewy bread had a good pungent garlic flavor. It had a light and fluffy texture as well. We tried to get his attention but it was a long, awkward wait. Finally he noticed us and sat us. We got the tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo, chicken tikka masala, vegetable biryani, and garlic naan. The chicken tandoori was so dry and hard. The lamb in the lamb vindaloo was so tough to chew too. The meats overall were hard as a rock. We did not get a refill on our water either. After 30 minutes, we quickly asked for some boxes and paid. Overall, the experience was underwhelming and not worth the $105 we paid ($91bill plus 15% tip). We will most likely not return. read more

We have visited Chaska twice, first time with our dear Indian friends and then we came back to dine at Chaska again , because it was so good. Chaska is located near the Las Vegas Factory Outlets South, very accessible from the airport. The food was delicious and very flavorful. We have tried different menu items and everything was prepared fresh and you can taste the freshness, absolute perfection. Each dish was prepared with great care and culture pride. Everything was prepared with fresh ingredients that clearly stood out. Truly amazing authentic flavors of India . The highlight of our meal was Tandoori chicken, very flavorful and not spicy at all, perfect blend of spices. The garlic naans were heavenly good . We have even tried an Indian beer and it was very tasty. The restaurant has two dining rooms and the entire restaurant is beautifully decorated. The decor is gorgeous and elegant. It is very welcoming and very clean. The service was great, very professional and attentive. Although the restaurant was very busy for our second time visit, the staff managed to handle everything with professionalism. Excellent service. Especially compliments to the Chef Vijay who prepared our food with such a great care. Overall: we had a great experience and we highly recommend it! Ordered some south Indian stuff for kids, the dosa had no layers and not made well. The sambhar had no taste. Then ordered some Indian Chinese, hakka noodles was ok but biggest bummer was chilli panner.. it did not had the taste, missing salt, not the presentation and feel i would expect. I selected this restaurant due to their participation in Three Square Restaurant Week. Big plus for them that they had different options (and prices) for vegetarians/ non-vegetarians. Portions were more than adequate. You can see I was served naan, basamati rice, 3 veggie curries, salad, and sweet dessert. The food was excellent except the carrots in the korma were maybe previously frozen baby carrots bad texture. Staff was friendly & attentive despite my arrival 25 minutes before they closed. The area to improve would be table bussing management. I saw 3 staff leave as I arrived but several tables in the front of the restaurant had not been cleared or prepped. There appeared to be 3 staff remaining, including a chef & the host/ server. The restaurant has plenty of seating, and while they prefer you to order at the counter, they took our order at the table which was nice since it felt more like a full-service restaurant. Food and service were both good. My partner doesn't like spice, and Chaska, did a great job with mild spice for his food. Location is good, and the complex is fairly new. Reataurant Week 2026. Seated at once. Waiter came and sat down with us and explained the menu. We chose what meat we wanted and that was that. The meal had 6 parts to it and it WAS DELICIOUS. The food was amazing! We went for a special event so it wasn't the normal dining experience that you would have here. It was a buffet style, so I was able to try several options. Being vegan, Indian food makes it easy to dine out. They have several vegan options. My only complaint is it wasn't transparent on what was vegan. I had to actually ask the chef. As he verbally told me what was Vegan, I was unable to remember everything he said, plus he was so busy since they didn't have enough staff. That was another issue, but the staff is very nice! My husband and I arrived and saw what looked like two Indian restaurants right next to each other. Both entrances went to the same Chaska location. We walked into a well kept, nicely decorated space. Our waiter was the chef who suggested garlic naan, Butter Chichen and Dal Makhani (which is slow cooked lentils). The portion size was perfect, the food was delicious. The mango lassi here is always the star of the show -- creamy, perfectly sweet, and just the right amount of tang. I'm a huge mango fan, and honestly, I'd come here just for that drink! We ordered the Paneer Shashik Tikka, Palak Paneer Royale, Masala Dosa, and Rice Idli, and everything was delicious. The Palak Paneer was especially outstanding--it's the best I've tasted in Las Vegas, very fresh and flavorful. We got the masala dosa, Indian Kachumber Salad, Chili Chicken and Chaas and did not like any of it because it was bland. The dosa wasn't crispy enough. It got great reviews so I'll give it another try but will try something that's more common like butter chicken and nann. read more

Our family loves Chaska and we recently went for my niece's birthday and had the BEST experience. The chef came out and asked us our preferences and reccomended a menu of items for us, and we of course went with his suggestions. And it was absolutely perfect! Out of the 8 of us we have many varying tastebuds, but all were satisfied with the amazing fresh and delicious food. He even through in mango lassi for all of us at the end for free. absolutely the worst and most disrespectful experience i have had in my 6 years here in vegas. placed an order at noon for a dinner party i was having at 4pm. got a text that the pickup was ready at 3:15. when i got there the doors were locked. i called the restaurant and got a recorded message. the venue was to open at 5pm. when i called i still received the same message. finally at 5:30 someone picked up and i asked them what happened? he was the evening shift and knew nothing about this. i was livid but kept my cool. no apologies nothing! i have never experienced such a disgraceful and non caring attitude. they ruined my evening plans and made me return to the restaurant wasting time and gas. this may have been a one off but to me it was disgusting and ruined my whole evening. i have never been treated like this in my life. obviously your experience may be different but this whole affair left a bad taste in my mouth. and to add insult to injury the food was nothing special. read more

This is my first time here! The music is lively! Then start you out with a glass of cold water. They use metal dinner plates! This is my first ever Indian food "wine pairing" (a glass). The menu is extensive and there is also a huge drink menu. You can choose either a House Wine (Chardonay, Merlot, Moscato, Pinot Grigio or Pinot Noir. We are starting out with Pinot Noir. For our appetizers (you get 2), we are having the Kathi Roll which is a signature Chaska hand rolled bread with eggs, onions and peppers in a tortilla roll griller and served with mint chutney. This is good! It's like an Indian burrito. It has kick too. It's double stepped in tinfoil and wax paper. We are also having the Chili Chicken which is boneless chicken stir fried with bell peppers, onions and a spicy chili-soy sauce blend. This is good! It's not very spicy but I like it. For our entrees (we get 2), we are having the Bhuna Gosht which is a slow cooked goat where the meat is roasted with onions, tomatoes and a blend of spices until it develops a thick, flavorful gravy and served with rice. This is good! A bit salty, but I love it! For our second entree, we are having the Fish Hariyali Kebab. These are fresh filets marinated in a green blend of coriander, spinach grilled to "flaky" perfection. This is good! It's light and easy to eat. I like the mint chutney. For my final drink, I'm having a Bahubali. This drink evokes the strength and grandeur of the legendary warrior, Bahubali. This majestic cocktail blends high-end whiskey with the vibrant hues of Blue Curacao. It's a tribute to India's cinematic magnus opus where every sip us a taste of royalty. I can't the alcohol (whiskey), but I can taste the Blue Curacao. I think they use a lot of Blue Curacso which dilute it a bit too much. The crushed ice doesn't help. The server gave me a small sample of the whiskey so it's not the problem. Kudos for the server for doing this! For dessert, we're having gulab jamun. Gulab jamun is a beloved South Asian dessert of fried dough balls soaked in fragrant syrup. These are good! Sugary but yummy! What a great meal! read more

I love Indian cuisine! I ordered the potato cakes. They had so much flavor and the perfect amount of spice. The sauce it comes with is amazing. I ordered the butter chicken and Garlic naan.
