I went here for lunch. Since it was only me, I decided to stick with the lunch buffet. They had a decent selection of food choices. A mix of north and South Indian food and they have separate sections for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. I also had their mango lassi, it tasted pretty great. They give fresh naans with the choice of butter or garlic naans. They have a large menu that you can order from as well. The service was very fast. They also have a server bot that they use time to time so it was cool to see that. The environment is laid back, they don't rush you or anything so you can take your time enjoying the food. The owner is very friendly.

Limited parking in the shared lot. Once inside grab a table and decide if you're going to order off the menu or do Buffett . The servers come around ever so often and place freshly baked garlic naan on your table. Tried the Buffett which had several items to choose from. A great deal. Will return.

Chicken Tikka Kebab Paneer Saag Methi Matter Malai

Mint Indian Bistro was such a delicious surprise! We ordered the saag, chicken tikka masala, and methi matter--every single dish was bursting with flavor. The saag was rich and comforting, the tikka masala had that perfect creamy spice, and the methi matter was such a unique delight. You can tell everything is made with care and layered spices. And the robot server? So cool. It added such a fun, unexpected twist to an already amazing meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving authentic Indian food in Vegas--with a side of techy charm. We'll definitely be back!

I would definitely recommend this place although I only gave it three stars. The reason for the three stars is because the food is limited. I was not a fan of some of the dishes that were a little salty, but generally, the food was very good. It was just limited on the type of food that they had. I've been to many Indian buffets that have a greater selection.

First plate... saag, paneer masala, mutton curry, tandoori and chili chicken

This was asking distance from hotel and good number of people eating the night before which is always a good sign. For lunch, they do buffet and have a pretty good selection. For my first plate, had pakora, paneer masala, saag, mutton curry, tandoori chicken and chili chicken. All the dishes were amazingly tasty with no complaints at all except when I can go back again for another round. The garlic naan that came with was baked very well... especially like the crispy areas. The mango like pudding with fruits and gulab jaman was a great way to end the meal. The place is nicely decorated and staff was friendly. There are plenty of tables. Noticed that a number of uncleared tables as well. They have an Inferno challenge for those who are interested with wall of pictures who completed them. Highly recommended. Heard from some friends after that Mint is a good place for Indian food.

While in Las Vegas, having a craving for some good Indian food, we found Mint Indian Bistro online and decided to give it a shot. It was a group of three of us that went on a Sunday night at about 7 PM. We were surprised to find the restaurant so empty. We ordered an assortment of dishes to be shared (see attached photos). Unfortunately I misplaced my notes and the receipt so I am unable to tell you what each dish was, but everything we ordered came presented nicely and each dish was delicious. An added attraction of this place is the robotic server who delivered some of our plates - very cute - and the first time I had seen that. The human service was a bit slow and should have been more attentive for a relatively empty restaurant, but other than that, we were pleased with our food and our experience there. If you find yourself in Las Vegas and have a hankering for good Indian food at reasonable prices away from the maddening crowds, by all means give Mint Indian Bistro a try. We were not disappointed and I don't think you will be either.

A little of everything!

Found this place by chance and will definitely be returning. As soon as we came through the door we were seated for lunch. At 1230 on a Tuesday, there were a decent amount of people there though not crowded. We were asked which type of naan we wanted and were told to get start when ready. I had no idea it was a buffet! A pleasant surprise honestly. I tasted so many amazing foods without the pressure of having to fully understand what it is. Everything was hot and full of flavor. Music was playing for most of our visit but the atmosphere was very chill. A great deal - less than $50 for two with tax and tip.

Pani Puri

Yelp Review 2023 #147: It's been several years since I first reviewed this place. Mint is probably one of the most popular Indian restaurants in town. I've been to many Indian restaurants over the years, some have closed but Mint is still standing strong. I've tried Indian food in different cities and different countries: Auckland, Singapore, London (they have the best Indian food), and Dubai. But I've never had Indian food in India and it probably will never happen as I don't see myself traveling solo to India (as adviced by Indians I've met through the many years I've been traveling). Pani Puri: I have this new-found love for pani puri from having tried it in my travels. It's a popular street food which is a crispy hollow ball filled with potatoes, chickpeas and you pour or dip it with this watery tangy spicy sweet green sauce and it is absolutely wonderful! You can order extra puri and filling. I recommend getting extra puri. This is what will make me keep coming back to Mint more often. 5/5 Mango Lassi: I love mango lassi even though it doesn't agree with my stomach. But since when did they serve their Lassi in plastic cups??? $5 for a small cup! It's good though but I'm going to have to just start making my own lassi at home. 4/5 Mahakali Mango Masala: Mango chunks cooked in an onion & fennel-seed base. You can choose to add veggies, paneer cheese, lamb or chicken. It's the sweeter version of the tikka masala. It sounds weird because of the mango but it's actually not bad especially if you have somebody that absolutely doesn't like spicy food. 4/5 Tikka Masala: I always get chicken tikka masala as my go-to. My very first taste of Indian food was in the Midwest many years ago and I got Tandoori Chicken which was dryer than Vegas in the summer and I've sworn off Indian food since then and it took me years to be brave enough to try again thanks to chicken tikka masala. Good chunks of tender chicken and a rich tomato and yogurt sauce with spices. 4.5/5 Garlic Naan: The perfect accompaniment to any saucy dish. You can scoop up any dish with it and sop up all the sauce. It's delicious even on its own. 5/5 Masala Dosa: Not all dosas are created the same. Some our crisper depending on the kind you get - which non-desi people seem not to understand. Masala dosa is a thin lightly crispy rolled crepe with potatoes, chili, etc. it comes with chutneys and dipping sauces. I ended up eating a huge chunk of pepper and there was not enough mango lassi to wash it down. If you want a more crispy dosa - get the plain paper dosa. 4.5/5 They don't ask you how spicy you want the food. Everything is on the safe side but if you want lots of heat, just let them know. The service is good. They do have a robot waiter now to bring your drinks, to-go containers, and flat items that won't easily topple over. No robot can replace the nice ladies that work here. I'm day dreaming about pani puri already!

First time here and it was delicious ! I ordered one of their signature dishes and the server gave us a choice of 5 levels of spiciness , 5 being Ludacris level ! I went with # 2 which was perfect. Staff were very friendly, parking easy, and prices reasonable - definitely would recommend!

It definitely makes the dining experience much smoother and more convenient. We visited on the weekend specifically for the Paneer Mandi Biryani, and it did not disappoint. The biryani was served hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The paneer paired with the creamy malai sauce was easily the highlight of the meal. Absolutely delicious. Mandi comes with gobi appetizer, which was decent but not particularly memorable. It was okay compared to the rest of the food. One suggestion would be to include a little more paneer curry with the biryani, as the current portion doesn't feel fully sufficient. Some of the people working there were giggling and behaving in a very silly manner, which made the situation feel even more chaotic. I have honestly not seen this kind of disorganized restaurant environment before. The restaurant manager seemed to be managing the place more like a grocery store than a restaurant. I do not want to comment on the ambience yet, but I hope they make the environment look and feel more professional. That said, I am willing to give this restaurant another chance in the future.

I normally don't spontaneously try new restaurants, especially when I'm hungry. However I do love to see great reviews from fellow Yelp Sista's, and Brutha's. The reviews did not tell ONE LIE. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by who I thought was the Owner. He has such a calm and pleasant demeanor. His name is Vishal. This man walked me through certain menu items that I'd found on a number of fellow Yelpies pages. Vishal told me how much food it'll be and when I say, I didn't know they eat like it's a last Harvest daily? I was ECSTATIC!! I was overly excited when the plates started flowing towards my very large Corian or Granite table top Sizzling. It's lovely inside of this very intimate Indian restaurant. I truly was taken aback of how low the foot traffic was to dine here. * I'm a TRUE BELIEVER that there are many different SEASONS and REASONS Why things happen. Even though I was set out to order Take Out from a Woman small business Owner (Women's History Month). Her business just happened to be closed. I was led to look up and search for other food spots in the area of where I already was. Spice Indian Cuisine was one of the FIRST restaurants to pop up on my feed of food choices. I saw the pictures, read several very happy Yelp customer reviews and I was SOLD. Then this much buffer man came in the door. He walked over to me and asked, Is Everything Okay? I knew that he was the OWNER at that moment. He was even more calmer than Vishal lol. Hari is his name. I introduced myself to him, and told him, I'm gonna Help you get more business. He seemed very enthusiastic but kinda hesitant when I told him What I do for a hobby. I also explained to him that I had a big following (14 million) on Google and even though I have distanced myself from Google reviews. I will do my BEST to share my photos', my detailed review, and videos . In hopes that it will intrigue other people's interests to come and eat at Hari's small restaurant that also has AYCE Buffet from 11a.m-4p.m. Tips are HIGHLY WELCOME. I met several people that have already said, They LOVE GOOD INDIAN FOOD and would LOVE to try his cuisine. I spoke to a female Army Vet and she'd been stationed in the Middle East at one point. She said there was a dish (starts with an M) that you scoop up with your hands...that she will never forget it just that GOOOOOD LOL. I had ended up trying the Papadam, Garlic Naan, Tandoori Chicken, Butter Chicken (served w/white rice), and a Sprite soda. FYI; The Tandoori Chicken has LEVELS of spice.
