My experience is night and day compared to the other reviews, and perhaps that's because I have more experience in this area. I found US Passport Online by Googling something along the lines of "Expedite Passport Online Service." I think it was one of the first three results, definitely looked like a paid search. Maybe because I have used other expediting services before, but I never assumed that I was using a government agency. I needed two passports renewed -- one for a child and one for an adult -- and I only had 10 days to do it. I knew that the government would charge a fee, and the expediter would charge a separate fee. If you need to renew your passport in a hurry, I would recommend this company. If you just need to renew your passport AND you would rather do it yourself, just go to the official government site. There is no need to use a concierge service if you are not in a bind, and these companies are often not cheap. Doing the adult's passport renewal was no problem, but I knew that the child's renewal was going to be problematic. A lot of other companies won't even do a child's renewal, from what I've seen. I gave them a ring before filling out the info online, and US Passport Online walked me through the steps and requirements. I called them approximately four times total throughout the process, justttttt to make sure I was on the right track. Seriously, the hand-holding was much appreciated. I did not want to make a single mistake on the documents and potentially hold up the renewal process, and the reps were very understanding and patient with me. Keep in mind that you DO have to make an appearance with a handler in order to get your documents sealed (I called US Passport Online the day before to make sure everything was in order). That is the longest part of the process since you have to physically appear in person during business hours, and you are responsible for doing it. There are also a couple of extra signatures required for a child, but that is all handled on the same day. USPS locations are best for this -- and, yes, they do charge their own fee. You have to make two separate piles for paperwork and it can get complicated, so call the expediter if you have any questions at all! When I was getting my documents sealed, there were a LOT of angry people who showed up with inadequate documentation. Always double-check that you have everything you need, and make extra copies just in case. All in all, I had a great experience and my passports arrived one whole day ahead of schedule. You get what you pay for, and US Passport Online is worth it. Last note -- don't use an expediter if you don't need something expedited and don't want to pay for a concierge service!

Their "Join the Waitlist" program is brilliant. At 10am sharp you can click through a few simple steps and it lets you know you've been added and an approximate appointment time, including wait time. I joined promptly at 10am and was "scheduled" for 10:05. That did change to 10:23. I received my text that I was up and which window to go to. They also can take your passport photo there for a small fee, $15, and I was in and out in about 10 minutes. Great appreciation to Debra who helped me on the phone the day before I visited. She answered all my questions and made sure I brought everything needed including old passport and photo id. The passport fee must be paid by check or money order while photo and processing fees can be paid with VISA or Master Card. Many thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Highly recommend this location.

There really shouldn't be any negative reviews if you take the time to follow instructions ahead of time. Everyone is really friendly inside as well. They are well organized and efficient.

At 1st glance that ship was very clean and fresh. Plenty of smiling faces around and everyone was happy to be there. Spacious and well kept. Large port window and the standard bedding. (We did NOT have a fridge!) We asked our porter and he said "it was broken so they removed it" WHAT!? First and LAST time on a Margaritaville cruise…read more The port parking was easy to find. We parked and checked our luggage with the porter. We entered the terminal to check in. Check in was easy but busy. We were assigned the time between 12pm-1pm to check in. Once on the ship, it was down hill. We went to our muster station, which was not labeled to find easily. Completed our muster. Then we went to get lunch from the buffet. The options were limited at the actual buffet area where you serve yourself. They had the buffet, cheeseburgers, tacos, pizza, and sandwiches. The food was mediocre at best this day and throughout the week. It was a struggle to find something to eat that was edible and tasted good. Even the jello was tasteless. Once our room was ready, we went to it. Luggage was not there upon arrival, but it arrived shortly after. It was a struggle with the AC in the room from the moment we checked in. We told our room steward immediately, who said once the ships sets sail, the air would work better. That never happened. It was consistently warm to hot in our room. Guest services was notified a few times via phone and in person. But it was not fixed. Not even sure someone came to our room. We waited several times but we never made contact with the person who came to "fix" it. We made the best of it but it was not comfortable at all. Most of the time we were hot and sweating at night and while in our room getting ready for the day or dinner. Mohamad was fantastic! He was our room steward. He took amazing care of us and our room. Our room was always clean and we always had fresh and clean towels! Entertainment was lacking for sure and limited. There was a lot of time where there was very little to nothing going on and to do. The excursions through the ship were limited as well. We picked to do the Margaritaville Resort in Nassau. We walked off the ship and through the port to transportation. This part was easy and well organized. The resort itself was clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was nice and not crazy crowded. The beach was another story. Absolutely packed and barely room to walk down to the waters edge. Not sure if it's only for Margaritaville Resort guests and day passes or if it's open to the public too. Drink package felt pricey at $360 for 4 days, and this was on sale. We had two port days, one embarkation day, and one sea day. I would NOT ever cruise again with Margaritaville.
