Excellent service! There's only one catch, you have to follow directions carefully and provide all the documents required to receive that excellent service lol! One tip I will give anyone needing documents adjudicated quickly: Find a post office that does walk in service. None of the ones in Memphis offered it, I just happened to scroll a bit further and saw the West Memphis post office did walk ins from 9a-2p I was in & out in 20min for $35 I didn't expect to get my birth certificate back either but I did. read more

I honestly never write reviews, but I feel compelled because my experience was very different than all the 1stars on here. I paid for 6 week service to rush my passport and it arrived at my door in 13 days. Taking away 1 star because, yes, maybe I could have received the same passport for 100 bucks less- but there's no way of knowing if it would have been as fast. They also provided a step-by-step tracker in one of the confirmation emails that showed where the passport was in the process. My guess is the company got better over time or the people complaining don't know how to follow directions. read more

Rush My Passport - Passport - Passport & Visa Services Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

WARNING: RushMyPassport is a Scam - Avoid at All Costs I am writing this review to warn others about my deeply frustrating and costly experience with RushMyPassport -- a company that, in my opinion, operates under misleading practices and should be investigated for fraud. I paid a very high fee for their "expedited passport delivery service", which was supposed to take 6-9 business days. It has now been over 4 months, and I still do not have my passport. Here's what happened: Every time I called, I was left waiting on hold for 30-50 minutes, only to speak with representatives who lacked clear communication and seemed trained to delay, confuse, or deflect rather than help. I was charged twice for the service and never received a refund. Week after week, I was told "next week it will be shipped" -- a lie they repeated for months. I believe they lost my passport, yet never took accountability or even gave me a clear status update. I lost travel plans, money, and countless hours trying to get resolution. To make matters worse, I am now having to travel internationally to the U.S. Embassy in Bogotá to apply for an emergency passport, all because this company failed. They make it impossible to speak to a supervisor, ignore refund requests, and operate with a level of incompetence that borders on intentional deception. I truly don't understand how companies like FedEx still partner with them, and I urge the U.S. Department of State to review and take action against their operation. Bottom line: Do not trust RushMyPassport. They are not reliable, they are not honest, and they will leave you stranded. If you are reading this, please learn from my mistake and look for safer, official alternatives. Michael Cohen read more

I used Rush My Passport earlier this year and 100% regret it. I put in my application plenty of time ahead thought it was strange when a month went by without hearing anything. I called Rush My Passport and they told me they hadn't done anything with my application since I had mailed a starter's check (I later found out this wasn't true, I had used a normal check). The worst part about it was that they didn't contact me about this "issue", so they were doing absolutely nothing while I was waiting thinking everything was ok. Despite this being their fault, Rush My Passport would not help fix the mistake or refund me, but rather only gave me the option to spend more money to get my passport faster. I was desperate so I did it. The person I was talking to told me all the documents I had to send, and told me if I sent all the documents and additional check the next day, I should get my passport a few days before my trip. I did this and sent it in. The next day when it arrived in Florida, I was told my application couldn't be accepted because I was missing a document, which the person I was talking to a day before failed to tell me about. I called Rush My Passport again, and once again, they would not offer to fix it or to refund me and instead said I could pay more for a courier to take my application in. It didn't matter how much I explained my situation, they pretended to empathize with me but would not actually help me fix it without squeezing more money out of me, despite this being 100% their fault. Fortunately I had my mom to help me out, since I have a full time job and can't be on my phone all day, and was able to get hold of a manager. The manager did a great job at actually making something get done, though we received no refund for anything we had been through. After almost a week of dealing with Rush My Passport, I finally got my passport 2 days before I left for my trip, after paying SIGNIFICANTLY more than I should have. If you're considering using Rush My Passport, instead consider just going into your local city hall and doing the same thing yourself as they'd do, but for free. The moment you choose Rush Your Passport, they are holding your passport hostage and will use it to milk as much money out of you as possible. They made it clear they don't care about their individual clients, they follow their script even in situations like mine. It's really not worth it. If you do the renewal process yourself, you're more in control and will even potentially get your passport faster, not to mention you spend so much less money. TLDR: This is a scam, you will get better and potentially faster results renewing your passport yourself read more

I used Rush My Passport about a decade ago and they were great. I engaged them again on 10/8 for two expedited passports (3 weeks). And as of 10/23, I have received 5 different answers as to the status of my order and my trip is on 11/15. I am beyond frustrated. I am having a terrible experience and I plan to tell all of my Fortune 500 friends not to use this service. So disappointing. read more

It looks like I'm unable to leave 0 stars, which is unfortunate, because if a business is a scam, it should get 0 stars. I applied for an expedited passport renewal through this service in early April. I had my headshot taken at a Fedex store, and had no issues getting things printed and mailed off. The problem started when this company sent me an email stating the check I'd enclosed was not correct. I followed the directions explicitly. I don't know how the check was wrong. Regardless, I emailed customer service to get an explanation so I could correct for the next check. I received no response. This was on April 11. Over the next 7 weeks, I emailed 5 times, and called countless times. The customer service number is of course automated, but does not actually take calls. Once you wait on hold, the automated message explains that due to heavy call volume, call cannot be completed. I also went ahead and mailed a new check to the address provided by RushMyPassport - triple checking that it all details were correct. This was in mid-April. I checked today on the US Passport's website. There's no application in the queue for me. Subsequently, I've had to file a 'lost/stolen passport' form, and am now having to apply for a new passport (since Fedex RushMyPassport has my passport as part of my application). I've also had to cancel our travel plans, because even with expediting, passport offices are backlogged and I know we won't be able to safely say we can travel on June 30 as planned. I'm unsure when I will even receive my passport, and beyond disturbed that this business continues to operate. My application number with RushMyPassport is GW-996F4B5F2, in the off chance someone from this company wants to reach out and correct me that this business is not a full on scam. read more

DO NOT USE!!!!!!!! Take the warnings from the other reviews. I wish I looked them up before getting stuck. They will tell you that there are "errors" on your application and require that you continue to send them new documents on your own dime. Now I am in limbo where they are holding my old passport hostage so that I cannot just file through the post office. COMPLETE SCAM AND I DO NOT UNDERSTAND HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS!!!! read more

The passport arrived prior to my travel date but the customer service was horrible. There was initially an issue with the check I provided being considered a "starter check". I attempted to call multiple times and left multiple voicemails in an attempt to pay by credit card which the email advising me of the issue said was acceptable. I could not get through to a person and my voicemails went unanswered. This was incredibly stressful since I had ordered expedited processing and had a trip coming up. I had to do a deep dive through google to find a company email since there wasn't one easily visible on the company website and ultimately did get a response. Will not use this service again. read more

Do not use this service; this is a total and complete scam with multiple victims - see reviews. They are abusing the credibility of the FedEx brand. I hired this Rushmypassport.com to renew my passport after paying and sending them my documentation. I was sent an email that there was a problem with the paperwork, and my order was on hold. I called multiple times, emailed, and e-chatted the company, asking for clarity regarding the problem and closing out the next steps. I have received no responses; this includes response service from this site, claiming to be looking into it.. I wrote to them to send my passport back, but still no response. I have reported Rushmypassport.com to the FTC. read more

Rush My Passport lost my passport. My travel plans changed and i contacted them to send my passport back, so i could make an appointment in person at New Orleans. They sent me someone else's passport, money order and application. I mailed that passport back to them. I have called numerous times and they have not located my passport yet and it has been almost a month. I had to file that my passport was lost and had to get a new one issued at a federal passport office to make my trip. Worst experience ever and still not over. I had visa's in the old passport that i will have to get again. read more

So I actually have been receiving some email responses from Rush My Passport this week which is appreciated and is a bit contrary to some of the posts I've been reading but I've had to be (annoyingly) persistent due to my anxiety. I had a development in travel this afternoon and I attempted to call earlier this afternoon and that's where the rub happens. I can't ever get anyone on the phone or to call back. My order number is GW-0516BE723. My travel plans changed very suddenly late this afternoon after learning of a family event I need to attend earlier than my previous itinerary was noted. I only have a halfway experience of RMP because I think my documents were just delivered by FedEx to their center this morning. I need to cancel my order and have my items overnighted or 2 day shipped back to me and will pay for the shipping. I do not want a refund and just want my expired passport and cashiers check back this week or next so I can try to get an urgent fee appointment in person where I live 14 days within my trip. My fear is that I won't ever be able to speak with anyone at RMP about sending me back my docs and expired passport in a timely fashion and I'll be forced to stop payment on the check. My order number is GW-0516BE723 I emailed tonight after calling this afternoon and will follow up again tomorrow but my overall review is that the tracking system has been highly accurate thus far but the promised customer service is lacking. No phones are answered, the chat absolutely does not work, but email sometimes does work and everyone has been courteous thus far. My order number is GW-0516BE723 read more

If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I absolutely would. Where do I even begin? This has been the most disorganized and frustrating experience I've ever had. I paid $120 (insured as well) and followed every single instruction to the letter. I included everything required--passport card, check, application--all perfectly completed with no smudges, errors, or omissions. I sent my documents via FedEx on October 4, 2024, and they were received at the destination by S. Kagan (I have proof) at 11:02 AM on October 8, 2024. I was guaranteed that I would receive my documents well before my flight on January 1, 2025. It is now December 5, 2024, and I still haven't received anything. To make matters worse, this company lost my documentation--even though they clearly received it! On the portal, it shows "100% progress," which should mean everything is fine, but that was far from the truth. No one notified me that my documents were lost due to their negligence (FedEx did their job). Instead, I only found out a few weeks before my flight when I had to take the initiative to get answers myself. I requested a supervisor's response and was told I'd get one within "24-48 hours." It's been far longer than that, and I'm still waiting. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. This company is disorganized, unreliable, and completely untrustworthy. I will never do business with them again or recommend this scam of a business to anyone. read more

SCAM! Horrible company that prevents the customer from talking to a human and lies about errors in your application to gain a higher expedite fee. Learn from my mistake: I placed my order with RushMy Passport on 10/27/24 Having 5.5 weeks before my travel date. Paid $269 for expedited service and had the photography done at FedEx. Used the service for convenience and I trusted the FedEx name. On 11/2/24 I received an error email stating I did not endorse my check (common theme reading other reviews) and the photo was rejected. No proof and the photo was taken by FedEx so I figured they knew what they were doing. Paid for an additional photo at CVS and attempted to call them before I sent another check. Called daily for 3 days and never received a return phone call. Fed up, on 11/6/24 I issued an additional check along with the photo. I took a picture of the check before overnighting it. Received an email stating there were errors on my check and through their chat form I found out that 1) I misspelled 'department' and 2) I had the decimal fraction incorrect on the check. Neither were true as seen on the photo of the check! I told them I wanted my passport back and paid $30 for an overnight. Visa was charged & Tracking shows the label was created on 11/8/24 at 10:30 AM. It still has not shipped 3 days later and even with daily chats. At this point I need to claim the passport lost/stolen and cancel my travel plans. Received a partial refund and cannot recoup $hundreds in overnight fees. Horrible, horrible experience! read more

My passport has been in this status for a week: Last Wednesday at 10:02 AM govWorks has received your document package and it's now being reviewed for quality assurance before processing. There doesn't seem to be much rushing going on that I can tell. I paid $200 for this to be rushed not sat on. And of course it is impossible to get to anyone on the phone. Even the robot that answers the phone seems to have a bad attitude somehow. The robot says someone will call you back but no one ever does. I don't see how this can be called Rush My Passport....seems like a better name would be Give Me Your Money and Don't Bother Me. Update: Rushmypassport did reach out to me (Robert V) via email. But he told me there was nothing they could do to speed up my processing. So, by Rushmypassport tracking, my documents arrived on 30-Jun and didn't complete review until 6-Jul?! This is only about 4 pieces of paper. Review should take about 15 minutes not 7 days! And then they ship to the government via US Post not overnight?! So this is certainly not a "Rush" service of any type. I still recommend a name change as stated above. read more

ZERO STARS!!! The initial advisor for my passport application instructed me to change my original passport application to the wrong application that cost me 4 trips & 10 wks extra weeks to get my passport. I had paid for a 2-week expedited service, instead received an inflated, normal process with lots of stress, resubmission of my passport application to what I original sought, added time rescheduling trips, and ultimately cancelation of planned international travel. The customer service throughout the duration was not helpful, they didn't have access to status of process beyond what I could obtain from US State Department's passport status website. The only way to you can escalate a problem situation is through their call center advisor who has to enter (on your behalf) the request to speak with a supervisor via an internal supervisor chat session, with no guarantee for a call back. I would NOT RECOMMEND this company and will never use them again. There are much better and more reliable companies out there. read more

Sent in my old passport and followed all the directions from Rush my Passport. Got an email that showed my info was now at the government office in Philadelphia. Its now been almost 8 weeks and after leaving 4 messages through their phone number which is an answering service still no response. We have a pending vacation in a couple weeks...starting to panic. My number is GW- 4a4b19fd2 Please help! Update...What are the odds? Today my passport came in the mail! So happy but no communication that it was on its way. Lots of anxiety for something that should be simple. It all worked out and the company did respond to my yelp so I am changing this to 3 stars. The phone system is really the biggest problem. Just actually answering the phone when someone calls...not using an answering service would be a game changer...Thank you read more

STAY AWAY!!! SCAM!!! NO COMMUNICATION!!! ILLEGAL TERMS OF SERVICE!!! DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!!!! Absolutely the worst customer service because there isn't any! Sent my passport to be renewed 3 weeks ago and they sent (1) one email regarding a return mailing issue that went straight to SPAM. They said that I had not signed the application (even though I did and had a scanned copy of it). I didn't notice their email until a couple of days ago when I happen to be cleaning up my mailbox and running a search to see if there was any follow up to my renewal. I called over several days and never could speak to a live person. Was on hold for several hours in total, several times throughout the day. I even requested automatic callbacks (all of which never happened). I have a trip in early March and this company has majorly dropped the ball in their lack of communication, service, and follow-up. I even spent another $65 overnighting them another copy of a form they already had. Still no word. They have my old passport and passport card and I have zero information as to the status. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION. STAY AWAY!!! I hardly ever write a negative google review but this straight negligence on the part of rushmypassport.com. Why are all the 5 star reviews about how amazing the interactions are with phone representatives? Think it through. This is a fully online service. The only reason you talk to a person is because it went wrong. You are given shipping labels for Florida while the actual offices are in Pennsylvania. I used this service on Sept 9th and purchased the 3 week return service..I went to FedEx office and did all the paperwork and took the photo.. I received a text saying my package had been received.. I'm a truck driver so I'm not home much.. I have been calling home every day asking if my passport has been delivered for the last two weeks.. today is October 16th and still hasn't been delivered.. I called customer service and they claim there was an issue with my paperwork and one page was cropped from being printed out wrong.. I said ok but that wasn't from me it was FedEx office who printed my paperwork..they said we sent an email which I never received. I asked why you didn't call or send me a text? He said that's not how they contact people.. I told them I use my passport frequently when I go Canada for work and Mexico for vacation.. Now I have no idea where my paperwork is and will probably never get any money back from this horrible service.. Do yourself a favor and go to your local court house or post office.. this place is a rip off and has zero remorse for their awful service and will not take any responsibility for FedEx office mistakes.. I am writing this review for RushMyTravelVisa.com (a part of Expedited Travel LLC) who also owns this business and website. Through Google searches and on their website, this company is great at promoting its many positive reviews on TV. But, realize that it is very expensive for what service you actually receive. They are quick to scoop up your money via credit card, but slow on communicating with you about actually doing their work. After purchasing a rush package for my China visa, I received an emial identifying James Rosier as my travel specialist. But, when I finally had to reach out to him via phone due to not contact from this company, I was then informed that Ken Altman was their "visa guy" and would not be back until sometime on Monday (like two business days later). I had to actually call back to speak with their visa specialist. When I finally reached him, he seemed to busy to answer my questions satisfactorily. Also, the information on this company's checklists is out of date or even wrong. It caused me to purchase an unnecessary additional money order for my visa. Long story short, if it wasn't for the fact that I had several more business days to wiat for my visa, I would have been in real trouble. I did get the visa in time and am heading to China soon. That is why this company even merits 2 stars. read more

Caveat emptor-Let the buyer beware!! I adamantly DO NOT recommend the use of this service. It is a complete sham. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with the service I received. My passport did not arrive in time and I had to cancel my trip which resulted in thousands of dollars being lost. They charge an exorbitant fee for their subpar service. All they do is review your application and send your passport application via USPS to the government facility. Per tracking information it took four days for my application to get to the passport agency. What is being expedited?! Additionally, their refund policy is trash just like the company. This company is REMARKABLE!! I can't say enough things about how much I appreciate how Rush My Passport does business. A company I worked for many, many years ago used Rush My Passport and while they dealt with it then, during an immediate need - it came through and we were pleased. This time around, my passport came due for renewal and I returned to Rush My Passport and within two weeks, everything was back. Simple and easy instructions to follow - making it simple and saving me time!!! Days later, I decided to book a trip to Cancun. A friend wanted to join me. He had never even applied for a Passport before. I referred him to Rush My Passport, received a discount and I assisted him in getting a first time Passport, using the instructions they provided. I simply can't say enough good things about this company, their follow-through and commitment to their clients! Why stand in line? Why waste your time? I renewed my passport through these guys. I must say I was skeptical at first, but when I made that phone call my doubts disappeared. They send you emails every step of the way to make sure you understand what's needed and what's next. All I had to do was follow the instructions, drop off my package at a Fedex location, and within the specified days (6-9 days, passport arrived on the 7th day, yes I was counting) I got my renewed passport. Of course you can do this yourselves, but if someone could renew your driver's license for you would you still want to go to DMV and do it yourself? We all hate to deal with government agencies because they're usually rude and inefficient, and chances are you'd need to make more than one trip to get the job done. After my 6 month old puppy decided to chew up my brand new passport , I searched online for hours how to get rid of adorable puppy who drives you crazy and chews up expensive items , buuutttt ended up on RushMyPassport.com website's instead . Lets face it , no one like to file paperwork and as tedious as the task was , I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it all ended up being and how fast people answered the phone when i called in asking for help . Jason was very helpful, laughed at my corny jokes and repeated the steps for however many times I asked when my OCD kicked in . After fighting for my life at my local post office , multiple Walgreens trips to retake my passport photo and finally dropping off my envelope at Fedex , I hoped I never had to do this again . 3 days later I got an email my passport was being processed and a week after that , I have it in hand . So everything was relatively easy and I'm really grateful that I didn't have to go trough anymore struggles since RushMypassport handled the rest. *** One thing I will mention though , I did not pay priority overnight shipping to have my passport left on the doorsteps like any old thing .
