May 1, 2019., Took in one expensive shoe to repair an unglued heel. Said it would be ready in one…read moreweek. Gave him 4 weeks. When I came in, not only was the shoe not ready, he said he was waiting for the glue and permission to repair and the cost is more. Okkkkk I said. How much more? I don't know he replied. He could have called me. Not only was the shoe opened up, it was a hot mess than when I took it in. Then proceeds to say, if you don't want to pay extra then I'll close up the shoe as is and you can take it elsewhere. Seriously? Had to let him finish it. I call 2 weeks later and he hasn't gotten to it and gave me a date of June 29th. Went on vacation then picked it up on 10th and $18 more. I finally go pick it up and bad mouth Shoe Hospital how they would never repair my shoe. The shoe was so dirty and looks like he did nothing to care for it while removing parts, gluing and put black stains all over it. And he thinks he did a great job. Look at the photo. My shoe that did not get repair on right, the dirt and gluing mess on my left shoe.

He charges $12 to clean and shine your shoes. His hours are really up to him but he told me he's there M-F from 7:25 am till 3 but heads out around 2.
