    Feeding a sloth

Had a tour! This place is great! This place is a service to the animals and also a truly excellent tour and experience. It is well worth you time and $.

Red ruffed lemur relaxing after being very interactive with our group

You must experience Chase Sanctuary! Our event was "Painting with the Lemurs". We got to interact with red-ruffed lemurs but they also have ringed tailed lemurs as well. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Our artist guide, Devin, was very entertaining and enthusiastic. She was quite "punny". The cost is high-$89 but knowing that your money goes to giving these primates and other animals on site a safe haven, makes it very worth it. They also send donations to other sanctuaries in other countries. Painting was fun. We all had our creative juices flowing and it was especially exciting when the lemurs visited your paintings. Check out Chase Sanctuary soon!

Had a blast here with my mom on a private tour. Got to feed and pet some exotic animals. The animals are all very well cared for and the grounds are immaculate. Plus your money goes toward charity. I would go here again for sure,

We attended the painting with primates in Webster. This place is the hidden gem of the Orlando area. When we first arrived we were greeted by an amazing employee who helped us check in, and directed us to our parking spot. After parking we were all relocated to a barn where we sat and watched a brief introduction video about the Sanctuary and its importance. We also got to meet some talking birds. After the bird presentation we all headed to the back of the Sanctuary, in a large field with tables and canvas's where we got to meet the most amazing people and animals before we started to create our masterpieces. The painting event was so much more than just painting. It was an experience. You got to explore your creativity while being encapsulated with the warmth of animals who clearly are happy and treated well. If you have the opportunity you should attend the yoga, tours, or the painting. This is one experience any animal lover will enjoy. Chase is a non profit who relies on volunteers, donations, and lots of love, and because of this I wound up inquiring about joining the volunteer staff at the end. The volunteer coordinator, Amber, wound up being on the premises. She was very helpful and had all the information I needed. I immediately went home and applied on their website. Within 48 hours after the event I was officially on the volunteer roster, and planning my schedule to get out there to help the amazing staff and animals on their mission. Overall, this experience was probably one of the most memorable in my life. It captured two of my passions in one afternoon, and had me wanting to come back again and again. Highly recommend following their social media because they have so many wonderful events that I only wish I could attend.

Ally gave us a private tour today and was wonderful. We had close up encounters, fed and learned about various exotic mammals and birds. She did a fabulous job explaining the habits and the behaviors to expect from each . She made us feel so comfortable and safe as we explored. We loved it there.

What 300 dollars get you at Chase Sanctuary

I paid $300 to paint with the lemurs. In a very hot barn in Florida on July 4th. The first 29 minutes were used to promote other events they offer. Then we go a small pallet of 6 colors and canvas. They placed fruit on the table but they had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with any of the 15 people In this barn. They plays in the rafters, a plastic tarp on the ceiling used for repairs.

My friend and I did a Lemur Yoga class at Chase Sanctuary, which I got as a gift from my family for a celebration. The sanctuary is so nice! I couldn't believe how many different animals they actually have living at the sanctuary. All of the profits from yoga and other activities go back to the care of the animals, so it's a great value for the class. We really enjoyed the gentle yoga class and spending time with the animals, and will definitely be back again for another class! Each class, they let a different colony of lemurs join, so next time we visit, hopefully we can make some new lemur friends! Reading on their website, I learned that the sanctuary is almost 100% volunteer-based, with 75 volunteers and only 4 staff members on payroll (operations manager, two animal keepers, and a vet tech). 80% of their funding comes from experiences like lemur yoga and educational experiences offered at the sanctuary.
