AVOID! This company is headhunting service and not who you…read morework for (not a temp agency). They runs lots of ads online however they are not transparent and telling you that they are not the employer. I was subjected to a marketing interview with a candidate that had me draw up a lengthy pitch plan and then never replied to me. I spent over an hour on the phone with him to have him just steal my ideas and leave me high n dry. This is because Hire With Ease is anything Easy! All they do is essentially pair people, they apparently do not screen the employers or hold them to anything. This was a complete waste of time and you should never engage with this company for any type of job. Their ads are appealing but very misleading!

Do not use Aimhire! They are absolutely terrible. As a recent college graduate I was looking for…read morehelp finding a job that would fit in with my qualifications. Aimhire found me a temporary position, which I accepted, with the understanding that the position was nearby and would last approximately 3 months or more. Not only was the position an hour away, but it only lasted 6 days. When I discussed the issue with the recruiter she didn't seem to care, she just responded saying that now I had something to put on my resume. How do you put a job where you spent 6 days on a resume??? Additionally, I had to significantly cut back on hours at my other job to take this opportunity. I was not able to get all of my shifts back after my temp job was over. Through this process Aimhire cost me both time and money; I would never recommend this agency to anyone. My word of advice to anyone who uses this company, be careful and have a backup plan! Aimhire will do what it takes to staff a position but at the cost of its employees.

Not Worth the Money…read more - Onboarding was professional and well organized. They collected detailed information and were responsive early on. - Resume writing was the strongest part -- the final resume was well done and worth it. - Communication was unclear: I was not told upfront that only one meeting/revision with the resume writer was included. - The job search service did not match expectations. - Most jobs suggested did not align with my experience, preferences, location, or qualifications. - Recruiters mostly seemed to use LinkedIn only. - The only non-LinkedIn opportunities submitted were jobs I found myself. Overall, good resume support but disappointing job search results for the price.

Communication was evasive, promises were not fulfilled, and I saw no meaningful results from the service. To me, the operation came across as more of a cash-grab than genuine career support. In my opinion, the company is overpriced, misleading in its marketing, and best avoided.

After being referred here from a friend, I was blown away by the following things: STAFF: Upon entering their offices (which are on the corner of 5th and Downing), I was greeted by a friendly face who told me how the typical process works in signing up with the agency. Fill out paperwork, enter various resume history into database, meet with a recruiter and wait for the opportunities to come in! After the first half was completed, I met with Karen - the Vice President. She was friendly, intelligent and is well versed in this industry. Karen asked me a few routine questions - career desires, job aspects, and salary before shaking my hand and saying she'd be in touch! COMMUNICATION: After about a week without hearing a word, I followed up with Karen, who promptly returned my email saying she had a potential opportunity for me. Karen and her colleagues constantly reached out to me throughout various job placements to ensure I was happy and offered insight on the job market and potential for growth. She was easily reachable and made the process seamless. She and her team continue to be this way - even know! JOB PLACEMENTS: Such a variety - based on your job history, salary expectations, location and duties! Because I solely wanted my foot in the door, I hopped on every opportunity that came my way - including a product tester! ha! Ultimately, I landed two great jobs, one of which I am still with today! I'm amazed about it, and really satisfied with their effort and the type work I ended up getting; especially being able to work remotely. Seriously, it was only one phone call interview with all the right questions, an assessment, a couple days of clarification and next step emails, then an offer with drug test and background check requirements. Minus the expected turn time for results and start date, this was the fastest job placement I've dealt with; one that didn't feel like I was twiddling thumbs waiting for people. Thank you Jay Gould!
