By the time I was connected with Harry, the cards were stacked pretty firmly against Chase Financial. There were 2 other lenders who offered lower rates and I've gotten their pre-approval letters already. I have used him and his brilliant team (Sara, Fariba, and Rosalie) on more than 3 transactions (refinancing/lending) and have been extremely happy with the results. Recently, I applied for a loan to purchase a townhome and there was a lawsuit against the HOA. Two days prior to closing escrow, the lender got cold feet. Harry called me and advised it would be a challenge but if we could go with another lender and get an extension on escrow, he thought we would close and get another lender to fund! When he broke that news to me via telephone, I was anxious and nervous but I told him "I have faith that if you can't get it done- no one could!" He proved me right! I know that he has the experience, knowledge and has built relationships over his decades of being a broker and had confidence in him! He didn't let me down. We got a one week extension and I closed on 12/8/17. If it wasn't for Harry and his team of experts, my deal would have fell through. His work ethic and efforts are unmatchable.
