On Monday, 4/26/21, I received an email from our loan processor stating he received the payoff statement from our current lender and everything would be finalized by Wednesday. After not hearing back, I emailed him on Monday, 5/3/21 asking for an update...no response. On 5/6/21, still not having a response from our loan officer, I receive an automated email stating we have new documents to sign. I log in to find a "Loan Denial". Tried calling, emailing...no response! I don't know how we went from "closing in 2 days" to "denial". Between the fact that they completely ghosted me and this last minute switch, I want it known what a shady company they are!

We understood that yes rates were super low and they had a lot of work and COVID on top of everything. However, they had close to zero communication with us. It was ALWAYS us calling to follow up with them. They constantly left us in limbo with no answers. After chasing these people week after week, they finally make the sorry statement that we have to begin the entire process again from scratch because of their carelessness. I don't understand how they are still in business.

This translates to unbeatable interest rates--we financed a used car through Logix, and not only was the process seamless, but they also allowed us to purchase from private sellers like those on Facebook Marketplace. The customer service is exceptional; the staff genuinely cares about helping you succeed financially. The ATM issue always comes up but I feel like it's actually a PERK with Logix, you're not limited to just your credit union's ATMs--they'll even reimburse ANY ATM fees, even in pricey places like Las Vegas when the fee is outrageous. We don't pay fees!! I've also purchased a car with cash when we were outside of the range of another Logix and you can go into another credit unions branch to withdraw large amounts of cash. If you want better rates, better service, and better access, switching to a nonprofit credit union that cares like Logix is absolutely worth it.

Within one day, I was contacted by Cris Martinez, who informed me of the next steps to get funded. One of those steps was to register for a free credit union account. I went in on a Friday during my lunch and Celine at the Port Hueneme branch expeditiously served me and my mother with a cold water and a smile! Once that was complete, Cris worked hard to prepare the paperwork and get it out to me prior to 5:00 (on a Friday)! After the documents were signed, Cris informed me at 5:07 (STILL on a FRIDAY) that he had cut and sent the check overnight to the dealer! Everything went so very smoothly!     I worked with this agent to list my rental properties in Winnetka, CA. My properties were not…read moreadvertised correctly on key platforms, including Apartments.com, Homes.com, and Zillow, which are among the most important channels for marketing rental listings. This negatively affected visibility and inquiries. When I raised these issues and requested corrections, the agent declined to address them, stating that it would take too much time and that technical personnel were unavailable. As a result, the inaccuracies remained unresolved. When I continued to follow up regarding these issues, the agent terminated the agency relationship, which caused delays in marketing my properties. She also suggested that my listings be transferred to more junior personnel within her brokerage rather than handling the matter herself. In addition, I gave clear instructions to restrict access to a separate furnished studio unit with valuable contents and specifically requested that the lockbox code be changed so contractors could not enter. Despite these instructions, after termination of my agreement she willfully made the key accessible to the contractors. In my experience, her conduct was unprofessional, including failing to correct listing errors, not following clear instructions regarding property access, and terminating the agency after concerns were raised. Based on my experience, there were significant lapses in responsiveness, follow-through, and adherence to client instructions.
