They came to the house and explained how to turn off/winterize the well and then how I am to turn on the well. I did not think there was a charge. However, they sent me a bill for $145. And, it was sent out of state-not even to the house I live in. And they continue to hit me with finance charges. Additionally, I have called 4 times since I finally got the forwarded bill 2 weeks ago to speak about this and no one has called me back!
