Little did he know, there were numerous creatures living up in the rafters of the attic, upstairs, and in between the walls by the roof. There was quite a bit of noise all the time from critters scrambling around. Squirrels, bats, birds, we assumed mice...we weren't really sure. My brother didn't know who to call, but had heard about Truly Nolan. He gave them a call, thinking that there was no way they would drive 30 miles out of town for one customer. He was wrong. They immediately set up an appointment just to come and take a look, not even guaranteed the business. When they came out and assessed the problem, and located the entry points--my brother hired them. Truly Nolan handled the problem like true professionals. They even came back one or more times after the initial service call to make sure that they had gotten the problem taken care of. (At no extra charge--all the visits were included in one fee.) They were amazing. The crew that came to the house was nice, friendly, courteous, efficient, and fast. Prices were reasonable but most of all they took care of the problem. No more critters. Their salespeople inundated our neighborhood going from door to door to solicit business. Indicating that "my neighbor" purchase their service when they did not is a tactic, they seemed to use often as reported by said neighbors. The work done was minimal and the service work done during the winter months was even worse. Finally, we moved homes and the company billed me for the last of four service calls even though I told their service tech on the third called that we were moving and no longer needed this service. He said he would notify the front office, and the contract would be closed out. Based on the customer service call I had today my guess is many people call to cancel and are confronted with curt representatives. Most likely they too are frustrated which comes across in their level of customer service. You should go find a job you'd be happy with. To any potential consumer save yourself the trouble of dealing with a frustrating company and do your bug control as a DIY project or contact a truly local company to perform the service. Do not WASTE your TIME or your MONEY like I did with FENIX Pest Control. THEY are the pests you want eradicated. This company was hired by the owner of the apartment I lived in to exterminate bedbugs. I'm aware…read morethat bedbugs are notoriously hard to kill, but the chemicals these guys used didn't even phase the visible bedbugs that had made contact with the chemicals. They assured me that the chemicals were safe for animals, my cat developed bleeding sores on her paws in the following weeks after treatment. Upon a second visit (4 months later), they used the same chemicals. I had been in contact with the Environmental Protection Agency to find out which chemicals are more effective in killing bedbugs, and I was informed by them that NO LICENSED CHEMICAL ALONE WILL KILL BEDBUGS. P & K informed me this was untrue, even though the very company that licenses their chemicals said it was true. After asking P & K how they can say their chemicals have some magic power, they informed me that my thinking it won't work means it won't work (Apparently bedbugs have some magic pessimism detection that keeps them alive?). I asked P & K to provide me with the name and information regarding what they were spraying in my apartment which they refused to do. The bedbugs remained and I moved. My new apartment owner hired P & K to help control earwigs and spiders. P & K sprayed, it had no effect what-so-ever on the spiders or earwigs. I purchased a bottom of the line spray at walmart, and have not seen a living earwig since, and have seen very few spiders.
