I called on a Sunday in snowy weather desperate for an opinion on a large tree in our yard that had developed a large crack in its main trunk. Lavar answered and was quick to head over to our house to take a look. Upon arrival, he asked a ton of questions and was honest about the state of our tree and that it needed to be taken down. As it was close to our house, we were nervous about the time frame, and he was out just 3 days later to take care of it. Would highly recommend A&A did an amazing job removing our over 40 foot ash trees. And did a great job of cleaning up the debris.

Called on a sat to have a quote done. Was told they would send someone out. No one ever showed up. Gave them the benifit of doubt as it was a same day ordeal. Messaged again the next Friday to have them come out. Was told Sat would be the best for them, which worked for me. Again a no show with no communication from the company. If they want new customers they need to work on showing up or communicating with the customer. read more

I don't usually write reviews, but after my experience I had to let SF know about A&A. I had a phenomenal experience with A&A. They were out right away to give me a bid on my many trees that needed attention. I had an estimate in hand same day. The week scheduled for them to come out, we made some changes to the scope of work. Mr McBeth was very accommodating and re-bid the changes, hassle free. They showed up on time the day scheduled, were professional and courteous on my property (which is very important to me!) And worked hard to get the job done!! They made dropping a 40 foot tree look so easy!! They cleaned up the debris, in fact even branches that were blown down from other trees over winter disappeared. I called Mr McBeth that afternoon to ask that he leave me the firewood, and told him I would be willing to stack it on my own so they wouldn't have to mess with all that. I come home after a long work day to see all my firewood neatly stacked by the fence, even sorted by size! This is a company that goes above and beyond and delivers beyond their promises.
