Sam came to take a look, shared his opinions on what the trees needed, said he would be in contact in the spring to treat the trees, and charged his $125.00 fee for his expertise. That is the last we have heard from him. Other than the mass emails we've been receiving, we have had no contact from Sam, even after trying to contact him. Because there has been no follow through on Sam's part, and the fact that the trees look worse than they did in the fall, we would not recommend this company.
