I also had to repeat information I had already shared, which made the experience feel impersonal and frustrating. When someone is being vulnerable, bedside manner really matters -- and this did not feel supportive or patient-centered. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because patients deserve to feel heard, not rushed through an appointment.
