It took me 3 visits, each lasting over 20 minutes to hopefully resolve the problem. The staff were nice enough but every person at every visit had a different answer and you never know who will be there. The person I'd spoken to one the first visit was unavailable went I went in for the 2nd visit and the person from the second had left the bank when I went back for the 3rd.
