They have no Saturday hours, nor do they have one late night @ least till 6:00PM. Should you need to consult with an account representative, you will need to take off work after making an appointment to conduct any banking business. Even though Poughkeepsie is open till 5:00PM, it is still not helpful as most people work 9-5 unless on off shifts. Can't complain to corporate in North Carolina as they will not submit any complaints to the board of directors. That branch is open till 8:00PM. Disgusted, and frustrated with their lack of customer service. This is not covid anymore; open up your hours.

Polite, but clueless. I had an issue dealing with an account title (the name). It had nothing to…read moredo with getting depositing or withdrawing money. It took me 3 visits, each lasting over 20 minutes to hopefully resolve the problem. The staff were nice enough but every person at every visit had a different answer and you never know who will be there. At my 2nd & 3rd visits I was told the information from the previous visits was incorrect. The person I'd spoken to one the first visit was unavailable went I went in for the 2nd visit and the person from the second had left the bank when I went back for the 3rd. Finally when I suggested I'd just close the account they found a way to fix the problem but left me hanging at the counter for 30 minutes. I should add that ther original problem was caused by the way the bank set up the accouint. Not the way to make friends and influence people.

The hours on the door on Route 9 in Poughkeepsie say there open until 1:00pm on Saturdays the website says they are open until 1:00pm on Saturdays. I get up to the lobby door and a computer printed sign says they are closed at 12:00pm on Saturdays. I'm glad I have a local credit union that's open til 5:00pm on Saturdays. Only other bank that I have been to that has as many branches is Bank of America, but both these banks especially this one in Poughkeepsie hates face to face service with their customers! I do not mind paying service fees and higher cost nterest rates but at least give me customer service I deserve!

Now I have…read moreto tell you I live in Cold Spring, NY and had to drive to Philedelphia Pennsylvania to visit my dying son in the hospital. I told him I wanted to put a stop payment on the charge. He doesn't listen and he closes my debit card and says that I said I wanted to report a fraudulent charge. Now I have to go back to Philedelphia to see my dying son with no debit card, which to me that means no money. I was told to wait till the morning to into the bank and make a withdrawal. That would be fine if the bank opens up at 7:00 in the morning because I wanted to leave at that time to be down early so my husband and I can be with my son. The bank only opens up at ​9:00 am. So I asked her how does that solve my problem when I didn't say that it was a fraudulent charge. I want a stop payment and now I have no access to money until 9:00. Two hours later than I wanted to be for my son. All she did is repeat herself 3 times and said there was nothing she could do to reactivate my card. I NEVER ASKED THEM TO DEACTIVATE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. So now I have to explain to my dying son why I can't be there on time....because some ass jumped the gun and screwed me over. I can't stand Wells Fargo anymore. I am going to change to somewhere bank.
