    I hated this branch when it was Washington Mutual. Since they have changed to Chase, I thought I would give them a try. So far I can't complain, every time I come here there are NO LONG LINES which is fantastic. The ATM is always OPEN if I need something. Mobil banking is great... The only one thing I have to say I didn't quite like was that the lady who signed me up didn't tell me that when I first pay a bill with the online bill pay, my payment has to be $25??! So I made a deposit of $100 when I opened my account.. and then she signed me up to pay 2 bills which where $25.00 each so then by the time I left the bank I already spent $50?! Strange but whatever.. This is my second checking bank account. So I probably won't be using it much. I just like the Chase Application which lets me deposits checks directly from my iphone... It's a feature which I think it's pretty cool.. Hope they continue to have ok service.

    Banker is so rude! I was in appointment to open new account and he sent it to wrong address, he looks stoned, don't recommend use this bank

    Super slow service at this branch. One teller is simply not going to be able to keep customers going in and out in a timely fashion .

    Worst customer service. Very unprofessional. They were rude and impatient. I will never go back to this branch.

Although the loan officer (Jonathan Cabrera) was very nice and professional, I was blocked from speaking to the Sr. Underwriter, Annette Aivazian, who clearly did not understand my documents and took way too long. It took 4 days! I would want a different Underwriter to handle this loan.

Today, I was setting up the BOA app on a different phone. Every time I tried to log in, I had to call BOA to get a verification code. The customer service asked me to go into a branch and show them my ID to get my account unlocked. The bank was so busy on a Friday afternoon that no one was available at the time when I walked in. But the manager was so nice! He took me in anyways and helped me reset everything. But the problem was still there. I still needed to call and get a code every time I tried to log in. So while I was waiting on the phone for a loooong time to talk to someone, the manager was super patient and kind. He came back to checked on me a few times even though he was really busy. When I finally got a customer service representative on the phone, the manager came right away. With both of their help, I finnaly got my BOA app working! If you run into any problems, this is THE branch that will help you for sure. I'm even thinking to bring my checking n savings back to BOA. Thank you so very much again!!
