I visited this branch to resolve a debit card fraud issue and was assigned to banker Dylan Izykowski. Despite multiple complicated transactions, Dylan meticulously worked through the entire situation over the phone with Chase HQ while keeping me informed every step of the way. Previously, I had spent over an hour on the phone with Chase with zero results. Dylan was extremely professional, personable and pro-active in identifying issues as to how and why my card was compromised. This branch is so convenient. It's the half way point along my commute and it makes it so easy to stop in here on my way to work. All of the associates are always very helpful and one of them even remembers my name and my usual banking business. It's always clean and I've never had to wait in line. My hair stylist's husband works here as well and she told me to give him a call if I ever need any help with my accounts. I really feel at home at this Chase! read more

This location is pretty convenient. The bank, itself though, is poorly laid out. The front door is facing the street, away from about 90% of the parking spots. While there is plenty of parking, this means that most customers will have to walk around the bank just to each the front door as there is no access in the back. read more

The drive up banking wasn't working. The outside atm does give you $5, 20, and $50s I think. If the drive up worked I would have given 5 stars. read more

Since Chase bought this bank it has gone downhill. No drive up window for customer convenience, no listed direct phone number. And after finding that number they said they are too busy to help me, then disconnected my call. Remember Chase, it's about customer satisfaction. YOU work because we stash our money with you. YOU get to use our money to make money. And what do we get back? .01% interest and rude attitude. I'm looking into moving all my business to another bank. read more

I can walk there from my practice. For convenience I opened a savings and business account here. Fraudulent charge on my business account. Chase did NOT pick it up. I contracted to use their Paymentech mobile payment system (like PayPal, Square, etc) to link it to my business account. Took so much paperwork! Got the device weeks later and it did NOT work, wouldn't charge. Had a few techy people look at it. I made the mistake of going into the SB location to discuss this. I was told by a rep, Nick, to send it back to where it was sent from. WRONG move. No one could track it, as an RMA was needed. James Diaz is a gem; he is their greatest asset. But I am moving all my $$ out. Enough hypertension. I've had stellar experiences banking at the credit unions; OCCU actually accommodates business accounts (unlike Teachers First CU), but a few less payment features than Chase. Wish my CU were across the street, or at least in Seal Beach. read more

Came here with my Mom to help her wire money. We deposited money first and then the last directed us to another teller. Didn't get the tellers name but a tall caulcasion man helped us, came off like smartass right away. Won't bring my Mom to this branch ever. read more

The employees at this Chase are amazing. They always go above and beyond for me and my customers. Lorraine the manager is hands down the best around. Marcelo the business relationship banker always takes care of me and my customers. My clients from other Chase branches are now dealing with this branch because the customer service is so fantastic. They have their own parking lot so it's easy in and easy out. Parking is never a problem, there is even a drive thru if your in a hurry. They are such a welcome change to banking in this small town. Yet they have a big bank name standing behind them. All my customers are switching to Chase because of their top notch customer service. I was banking with BofA for 20 years when the branch manager Marcello Mills walked in my store and convinced me to change banks. I made the best decision by listening to him. He constantly comes to the store and check on how we are doing, if we have any problems with the Bank and made every step of the change easy. Every time I walk in the bank, everyone is so friendly and call me by my name, feels like back in Paris where I had the same personal service with my banker. Highly recomended read more

I love the Chase approach to banking. They are all about customer service and building relationships. Everything from the pleasant decor to the employee's unusual titles is designed to achieve that goal. My "relationship banker" (yes, that is his title) Nicholas Barden is always there with a cheerful greeting, always available when I call with a question, and always ready to offer sound advice and prompt assistance. Very disappointed in closing of drive thru window. It made things just a little bit easier for the disabled .

Went to use the drive up window and was DEVASTATED to see that they have closed it down! It is such a helpful convenience when u have sleeping lil' ones! It has been a drive up window for 30 years!!!!! When I asked why, they replied with it not being convenient for the customer who walk into the branch...UGH!!! read more

Awful. They won't tell you a huge problem, they hold you check for FOUR days if you deposit it and won't tell you! When you have bills to pay that is a big deal. AWFUL terrible service, no sympathy. Refused to help after you put that money in there scamming read more

I will never give Chase all of my banking business because some of the "policies" they have are totally ridiculous and I can only surmise that the reason for them is because they got into so much trouble during the mortgage meltdown. Example 1 - I wanted to break a $20 bill and was told that they do not make ANY change for a person unless you have an account with them!!!! Example 2 - My son has an account with Chase in Los Angeles and had an emergency in which I needed to get a few dollars to him fast. Went to this bank and was told I could not deposit any money into his account even with the number. Had to first open a savings account with them and deposit it into that account then transfer to his account !!! And if you question any of their policies they get very rude and snooty. Example 3 - As others have noted, they closed down a drive-thru window that has been at that bank for decades and the reason they give for doing so is ridiculous...inconvenient for their walk-in customers??? In terms of being a service oriented BANK this place is a joke. read more

If I could give it less than one star, I would! They used to be so friendly but now they have new management that doesnt know what they are doing and won't give you the time of day. If you ever have an issue, dont bother going in there! The new manager is totally rude! I'll be closing my account soon! read more
