I have the number to the woman in charge and she never answers or returns calls. Same happens with the main phone by the lobby. Workers say that they are busy helping customers but i have gone in when it is vacant and used my phone right there and it dose not ring. Apparently there is a computer by their work area and it alerts them to calls but they don't see them or check messages. There are like 3 phone numbers online to call but they are useless. I called one of them and it told me i had one a life alert button and went into a promotion. Then i called another and it was some guy about stocks. Then there is one with a virtual assistant that is worthless. All in all if you want to try and conduct business over the phone with them you are out of luck.....

I also tried calling customer service, she was very nice but then I must have gotten the wrong email, because it was returned undeliverable. Lastly I verified with my bank and she agreed the MICR was encoded incorrectly, but she said sometimes you can't reason with people. I tried to go to bat for this customer, but unfortunately there wasn't anything I could do to help other than write another check and hope it doesn't get returned. Very Disappointed.
