That information turned out to be inaccurate. Instead, I was later hit with a bill for over $700 per month for two vehicles and life insurance -- which is more than our actual car payments. I feel I was misled, and this situation caused unnecessary stress. I also requested to speak directly with the agent owner to address this matter, but there was no follow-up or communication, which was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. My advice to others: get everything in writing, including detailed quotes and confirmations, so you are not blindsided later. Do not rely solely on verbal assurances. Communication was incredibly fragmented & lagged from the agent until starting the loan app, in which we were bombarded by Omnikey/Lennar to submit the app. Pro formas were all inflated/ inaccurate, requests for updated information was ignored entirely. I explicitly backed out of the loan process & OmniKey/Lennar proceeded to RUN TWO UNAUTHORIZED HARD CREDIT CHECKS & have since ignored all attempts to contact them. Very sketchy all around & Omnikey property management is horrendous, which is the biggest pain point for investors as it is. Horrible experience is an understatement.
