This is probably the busiest and most aesthetically displeasing Chase I've stepped into. Granted I don't go into the bank often and unless I reallly need some help, it's too bad that this community doesn't get a nicer bank to store all of their hard earned money into. Additionally, the staff act like they have all of the answers even when they don't. They could humbly accept that they don't know everything and I would have much more respect for them, even though they've worked there for 10 or 15 plus years. This is the closest Chase to me so if I need to do a transaction I will go to this one. The inside is pretty basic. I never really need to go up to the teller but there always seems to be a big line with only a few workers at the front so this may pose an issue if you are in a rush. The ATMS inside are pretty nice. The outside ones are a little rougher looking but get the job done. There usually is people outside so that has never been a concern for me but I can see if there is no one there how it can be a little worrisome to do transactions outside. The biggest issue here is parking. The parking lot is a decent size but people from around the neighborhood seems to park here which can cause there to be less parking at busy times. Then there is the issue of people parking their car in the red to use the ATM. If there is traffic on the other side waiting for the light this just causes a backup and people will usually honk until they decide to move. Its always an issue at tis location. Its a decent location but with all the traffic and issues with parking if I can avoid having to get down then ill wait until I can get to another location. read more

This branch has got to be the worst branch of chase. It's ghetto and people are not friendly and not courteous or professional. The area alone is disgusting. I never have problems with deposit. This branch always gives me trouble. I will not be going here again. Other chase banks are generally friendly, and not have attitudes. Chase bank online banking stopped working for me. Without warning, my computer was unable to log in to my Chase Bank online banking website. I got a screen saying I needed to update Safari to the latest version, but I had the last update available. I called the Chase online support and they told me they no longer support my Safari browser and I can no longer log in to the site. They told me they changed their system to provide a better experience for customers, but I can't use it. Amy was not able to explain how getting permanently locked out was a better experience for me. This is terrible customer service. Chase should not change their online banking system so that it does not work for some customers. If you have the same problem, I urge you to call the Chase online support, 877-242-7372, and complain. read more

The main concern I have about this location is...the location. I really don't feel as safe performing transactions using the outside ATMS after business hours. The service is mediocre so I'd rather hit up another location for my banking needs. read more

I don't bank here anymore because of the ridunculous fees, but an ATM is an ATM is an ATM and I'd rather go here then waste gas driving out to my usual bank or waste time in a grocery store buying one item for cash back... Parking sucks huge hairy donkey balls here. I hate it. And idiots are always trying to park all wrong or illegally here, too. The line waiting for the ATM is long at times. The trash, rather deposit envelopes, that surround the bank is common sighting. The chances of one ATM not working is great. Why does Chase make banking so hard ? At this Norwalk branch there are no bankers only tellers. I see a lot of their other branches are the same. Norwalk citizens have to drive to another city to sit down with a banker - Other banks don't do that. Call any of Chase numbers and they either don't answer or never return your call or you wait f o r e v e r on the line. Anyway, aside for being notorious for bad service they now want to charge me $35 a month unless I maintain $150,000 (yes, one hundred and fifty thousand dollars) in my account(s). had to check roth charges 1st 100 plus trades free then $2.00 per trade not bad. If any banker doesn't know how to help , well good thing for outsourced phone customer service. I figured when you check in and write your name and the reason you're there you get the correct banker accordingly. After seeing Amparo diddling around on her computer she might be prepared. Those who diddle are bored and super smart wrong, she called the customer service number , and I let her handle my money withdrawal. What a waste of people. This is the closest WaMu to my house, so you may find me here sometimes, but I hate their parking lot! It's too small for all the business that they do. It's always a parking nightmare. Inside is always packed and the ATMs are always packed. A lot of times they're even out of the deposit envelopes. Now I carry the envelopes in my car so that I don't take time writing on it at the ATM and so I have one and don't need to go to another bank. :/ grrrr. read more

Horrible bank. They have one teller at this bank. ONE TELLER?!?! They have four self service teller that don't all get used. If you want to deposit Cash money into someone else account and you don't have a Chase account then they won't let you do that. Period, no cash deposits into someone else's account. I usually use their online banking, but after their website kept glitching up, I came in for help with my accounts. I've only been at this branch a few times, but service is always horrible regardless of what day or time I've came. When I was finally attended to by a certain Sadia Something-or-Other, not only did she seem to be bothered to have to work, she was on her cellphone a good half of our interaction, without discretion & without apology. What's more, even after explaining what I was trying to do, she looked down her warty nose at me as if I was too simple-minded to follow basic instructions. But when she also failed following the same steps I took 100x, she casually (but quietly) mentioned hitting the same problem before. By this point I didn't bother hiding my "WTF lady" face & proceeded to leave, at which her whole demeanor changed to a more attentive, "customer friendly" one. She offered to get me a drink at their beverage counter which I waved off, stating I saw it next to the customer waiting area. She thanked me for coming in, at which I replied "yeah bye" & left. Moral of the story, don't work a customer service job if you don't want to work. And more importantly, don't belittle customers & insult their knowledge when you can't even do your job without ungluing your eyes from your phone. read more

I have never complained about a bank, since im usually in and out. This time, I actually needed assistance from a banker. I sat in the lobby for a good 20 min without anyone saying hello or we'll be right with you. Its amazing how employees wander around without acknowledging the reason they are here-customers! I don't understand why a bank would open at 9am and only have one banker, while the rest waltz in 30minutes later, with no sense of urgency. Even when the lobby is full of customers. Awesome staff! Elisa is the best, friendly, courtious what more can you want. I really enjoy coming to this branch. I always get fast service. Yes, they may only have one teller but they have like 4 new machines that not alot of branches have. These machines are the best thing ever, you can actually do things faster and get cash up to 3,000 I think. The parking may not be the best but somehow you manage to go in. It would help though of Chase were to move to a more convenient location. read more

Just like everyone is mentioning, parking is horrible here and you would have to wait 10~15 minutes to find parking on a weekday around 3pm. I went in to open a checking account and only waited a second before being guided to the person who opens new accounts. Although she was friendly, she gave out the impression that I was nothing special and felt like she wanted to hurry up and move on with her life. She asked me twice why I wanted to open an account with Chase in a tone and attitude that seemed to imply 'wtf are you doing here?' She did not even recommend opening up a savings account and I did it myself after I got home. I do not recommend opening up an account at this branch. There are four ATMs inside and only one cashier and they seemed to have replaced cashiers with ATMs. I do have experience visiting other Chase branches for business purposes and this one is hands down the worst experience. read more
