Customer service here is atrocious. Either I caught the monkeys in the middle of their shift change or there is just a complete level of ineptitude that I am not aware of. There are four windows open with three customers. One waiting to be called upon so long they have to go outside the establishment to urinate Comes BACK inside and still nobody has moved. It takes a Fifth teller to open up for this person to be seen... with a whopping 3 customers in store Maybe it's the paint from the new remodel making them dizzy. I don't expect much, just for the people to work the windows that they're sitting at. read more

Still a 1 star. Branch manager lady has no problem solving skills or knowledge of servicing customers when issues come up. She is however very experienced in telling you they cant help and you will have to call main Chase number to fix your problem. Which is false. Just need someone more knowledgeable and helpful then her. ( Not sure her name but she should go back to being a teller). I asked if i should be reporting this fraud to police or something and she shook her head like i dont know and said nothing. Props to teller Maria she told me try Mckinley location and magically my problems were fixed no problem over there. read more

UPDATE Have been trying to figure out why there is a hold on my account for the past 16 days; I sincerely hope this a bad sequence of events. I have called numerous times as well as visited a branch (not this one btw) to remove the account hold. I am currently on hold to speak to a "customer support 'specialist" because "they 'value' my business... good thing it is easy to resolve any account issues with Chase (enter the sarcasm)... Martin Ramos does not value customers, or their time. I was told that my time is less important than other customers that may walk in. Went in today, the only day I could due to work, to change my name. The teller said she could do it at the window because "it doesn't take that long,"but her "manager" said not to. Talked to a banker named Martin Ramos. He tells me there is no manager there today. Strange... So turns out Martin Ramos simply told the teller not to do it because he doesn't want the line to get long. Basically telling me that serving my banking needs is less important than anyone else that walks in. Complained to corporate about Martin Ramos, nothing will probably happen, looks like the manager and Martin are related (same last name, nepotism much?) read more

Walk in to cash a check from a client and they told me it would be a 8$ fee i said ok. Then they said 5 minutes later that the check exceededs the limit that can be cashed from a non account holder. Even though there was enough money in the account. Don't ya this back and will never try again. read more

One of the easiest banks that I can get in and out of usually I'm driving a my truck and a trailer usually park on the street by Starbucks all kinds of parking, its on a cul de sac so easy u turn and back out. The tellers at this bank are always nice no matter what time of the day and bank is never really busy. read more

This bank doesn't seem to have very good reviews but I have never hd an issue. Small on the inside but not sure why they would need much more space anyways. Staff has always been helpful and seem to know what they are doing. The drive up ATM is a bit of a hassle at times due to Starbucks drive thru lane, but that isn't really the banks fault. They always have free cash offers for new accounts. I advise taking advantage of these if your a new customer or need a new account. The Disney card for debit accounts has all kinds of free rewards just for picking it in lieu of a regular Chase card. This location is a quick slide of the 15 and fairly centrally located for Corona/Norco area. I love banking with Chase. read more

I visited this chase location the other day and received excellent customer service. The staff was friendly and got me in and out quickly. They even wrote all of my deposit information for me. I brought my business account to Chase per the advisement of my accounting consultant. Deposited a large check on Saturday 12/21. Teller told me to follow up on 12/24 to see if the funds would be released. I followed up one business day later on 12/26. After explaining that I understand normal banking procedures and the process to verify funds, my account was placed on restriction (frozen). Not sure what triggered this action by Chase. I was completely calm and professional. Normally freezing an account is due to some federal level problems, fraud, etc. The phone rep from Chase's deposit team said they needed to contact the check issuer to verify that my company was issued said check. The branch rep, Lina, said the Corp office she contacted for me said they were waiting for Wells Fargo to verify funds. Two different stories. Still no legitimate reason provided to freeze the account. I guess what is the most preposterous and gross abuse of federal banking laws is the funds currently in the account and completely unrelated to the deposit in question are also frozen. Scrambling to make payroll out of my personal account (not with Chase). I get it that the big check funds are on hold, pretty typical in my 15 year old business, but freezing my account and unrelated funds, really?!? read more

Friday night, close my shop, no merchant services. So I wait, only 17 people in front of me. When I opened my account they had merchant services. Now they don't. Would not recommend for business. This is literally the worst chase I have gone to. I lost my debit card and already had one on the way to me, I just needed to pull cash out and the person who helped me cancelled the card that was on the way to me and sent me two whole different cards? I was never aware he did this. I had to call and fix it when I got my first card and then the two others he sent me had to be cancelled as well. Left me without a debit card for WEEKS! Then I come in here and need to get a PIN number I still don't have and only one person is working in the bank so I didn't even get to speak without someone and to top it off the banker was rude to me when I decided I just wanted to pull cash out at the window. Hands down, the WORST SERVICE OF MY LIFE. Actually, can't even call it service. Makes me remember why I am a credit union member. Seriously, even my online bank is better than this place. Expected us to wait for HOURS while they fixed THEIR mistakes on our checking account, after having ALREADY been there the day before, just to add a stupid signature. Employee was arrogant and unapologetic. We even called ahead, only to have the employee from the DAY BEFORE, pass us off to another employee where we practically had to start all over again. I've spent less time, signing mortgage documents or getting a car loan, then I spent in this place trying to open a stupid account here. Very unhappy with the managment's smug response. Even the other customers were rude, including some tall cretin in a green shirt and a bitchy woman in a purple sports bra. We promptly closed our account and moved it to a local credit union, where they actually know how to act professionally. Came in, gave our signatures and haven't had a problem since. Seriously, I'd rather stuff my money under a mattress, than deal with these losers again. read more

This is my favorite bank in town I've been coming here for years everybody's happy and polite.

I spoke with Tammy in regards to an over draft fee that I thought I had marked off my account to not do that. She had explained to me that it doesn't happen with automatic withdrawals just with every day purchases. She explained to me everything in great detail and even gave me my money back as a one time courtesy since I was in aware. She went ABOVE and beyond helping me I was not looking for that at all I just wanted to be more informed and I wound up with an even better experience. Thank you so much Tammy! Employees here are very unhelpful and rude. I walked in and there was no one in there, so I signed in. A gentleman came up and said, "We'll be right with you." I nodded and he went back to talking about a football game he went to with another banker. Um, hello, help me please!!! I sat there for a good 20 minutes and finally met with one of the employees behind the desk. He talked in a whisper and I couldn't hear a word he was saying. This bank is really helpful and lines move fast. I usually get helped with personal banking as soon as I sit. ATMs are inside so you gotta swipe your card at night if you need access. They aren't getting 5 stars because when I opened my account here they messed up on my promotion and the banker tried to blame it on me. She said I didn't have my coupon but in fact she forgot to enter in the promotion at the time. It was settled really easily but I didn't like getting blamed. read more

Is there a negative star rating? I would give this branch -3 stars. I have gone into this bank on 3 occasions. I submitted the proper paperwork to close my deceased son's account the second time I went in. I was told it would take 3 days and they would call me. One week later, I go in and I am told that there are no notes in the account. I had to re-submit my paperwork again. I was promised a phone call today. Still waiting for Andy to call me. By the way, when you have a customer and their son just passed the proper first thing to say is, "I'm sorry for your loss", not "there are no notes in the computer". Incompetence at its best. We came here to make a payment like we do every month and for some reason today we got an incredibly rude teller who seems to not know her job since she could not figure out how to handle the basic transaction every other teller we have seen knows . She was snobby and didn't even try to help us, instead made us wait 30 mins to pass us off to a banker which was unnecessary. read more
