They demanded two appraisals on the house which cost about $500 each. Both appraisals were over the purchase price offer. They kept asking for the same documents over and over again. They refused to meet in person. Everything online. In the end they claimed I had not worked long enough at my current job to get a mortgage. But they knew from day one how long I had been on my current job. So I lost $1000 by applying at this bank and got nothing but a two month headache.

She showed my mom such patience, kindness and dignity when my 81 yr old Mom got locked out of her online baking. (twic) She came and used her break time to sit down with my mom in the branch and help me and my mom walk through her online banking. i'm not my mother's POA although that's in the works, she allowed me to help my mom with her personal information in the bank. We lack such kindness and customer service these days. I decided after long convincing from my mom. Because my mom has been a customer since your bank opened , and was a customer of the bank that you took over in Hammond. But she is the reason that I decided to open a bank account with your bank last week. This person needs to be recognized and I wish I knew her last name, but I believe her first name was Sonia. I will try to be reaching out to a branch manager, so that manager understands and recognizes what a beyond the scope of her job employees she as far as customer service. I called 15 times they filled out a dispute messed it up then kept calling I filled another one out I was at work didn't read it just signed it and I said it was unauthorized, well dispute was denied. When I called they said the person who did the dispute put I authorized the transactions but they came out to soon. I guess they don't understand hacked and unauthorized. I will be going up the ladder and speaker to each manager and higher up until this is resolved. I a suppose to get another dispute form Monday which I think they are lying cause my last dispute they sent while I was on the phone with them, so we shall see.
