We had a large cashiers check drawn on the BofA and they refused to honor it and/or let us open the account. I have a BofA credit card, that I just canceled online. I won't give BofA a single second of my business again. Banks used to make you feel welcome like they wanted you as a customer. This bank makes you feel like you're getting in their way of cigarette breaks and coffee. Maybe some of that free time could be used to clean up the bank and the outside, it is starting to look a bit unkempt. Look at others that posted here... they are saying the same thing, just RUDE... After being pre-approved and finding a home and going to the pending process he decided to tell us we did not qualify and started changing the conditions of the loan making it so we no longer qualify. He didn't answer calls or got back to us efficiently. He did not find a way to help us at all. My parents being upset had expressed their concerns with him and his response was he didn't want to continue to work with us. And apparently he had an issue with the real estate agent we were using, and insisted we work with his agent. Worst experience ever!!

And anytime I go to use the website, the absurd password strength rules make it a major hassle to log in. And you can't even pay online through their site. A bank, that doesn't take payments online. Let that sink in. I have account with several other banks/lenders, and never has anything been this much of a pain in the rear to administer. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger fish. Nice people don't make up for lousy support.
