We had a large cashiers check drawn on the BofA and they refused to honor it and/or let us open the account. I have a BofA credit card, that I just canceled online. I won't give BofA a single second of my business again. Banks used to make you feel welcome like they wanted you as a customer. This bank makes you feel like you're getting in their way of cigarette breaks and coffee. Maybe some of that free time could be used to clean up the bank and the outside, it is starting to look a bit unkempt. Look at others that posted here... they are saying the same thing, just RUDE... These people screwed up my very first payment, resulting in a credit hit that almost sabotaged my first attempt at buying a house. And anytime I go to use the website, the absurd password strength rules make it a major hassle to log in. And you can't even pay online through their site. A bank, that doesn't take payments online. Let that sink in. I have account with several other banks/lenders, and never has anything been this much of a pain in the rear to administer. Do yourself a favor and go with a bigger fish. Nice people don't make up for lousy support.
