The cashier basically told me I need to have $20k in my account to not get charged. I called the 800 Customer Service number & was told I need to deal with that branch. So after the 9th time, the bank told me that they were not going to issue me a new debit card. On Jan. 1st of this year and till today. My debit card does not work. I have not been able to use my card for anything. I am handicap and my mobility is very limited. So I use my on-line banking very heavily .
