As far as my experience here at this location, those bank tellers ladies were sweet and helpful.

Tellers used to be smiley and helpful,,,,, This Little Elm…read morelocation hires none of those, but puts non- friendly, non helpful grumps behind the glass: SUAD had the sour puss face today, I cancelled my transaction and walked out I stop here infrequently - only if I have to hit Walmart, Lowe's,,, I have personal accounts, business accounts and joint accounts with my parents for the last 17 yrs, and I get "you can't do that" so many times at Little Elm,, I go to Gates of Prosper location and I am welcomed with a friendly hello, I ask for assistance and they get my transactions done, even for multi party transactions and they set up a branch appointment across the country for my sister, I use 10+ other WF locations from Denton sites, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Plano, Frisco, McKinney and others with success,,, ILittle Elm is the worst branch in north DFW

I would give this bank zero stars if I could. Absolutely no customer service. We have been…read morecustomers for over 55 years and needed to add a user to our account and was told that no one had time to take care of us, despite the fact that there were numerous people in the area that could help, no one offered to schedule an appointment for us. They just told us good luck. You can go online and schedule an appointment. The lady was rude. This seems to be the issue with all corporate banks these days. Customer service has gone. Time to move to a small local bank .

I have held several accounts at this bank including a non profit account. It kills me to write this…read morereview because the staff at every branch I have visited are very helpful and friendly but a bank has to be more than nice. I recently had a fraudulent charge on my personal card over a weekend. Every number I called let me know they were open during regular business hours. I could have cancelled my card but Christmas is three days away and I need access by my account. I closely monitored my account until Monday and no further charges were made. When the bank finally opened I called and was told they would have to call me back because they didn't know what to do. Excuse me? I received a call was told I had to deactivate my card. Assuming I could run by the bank and grad a temp card I was informed I would have to wait 10 days. So that's 10 days at the holidays where I have no card. I can write a check but it's so unsettling that one, I received no fraud alert. Two, I had no recourse until Monday morning. Three, I had to dispute the charge instead of my bank reversing the charge. I've never disputed a charge but it sounds like I might just be out the money. Four, how can a bank in this day and age not have the most basic protections in place? No fraud alerts. No emergency phone numbers. Can't even give you a temp card. Can't reverse charges! The charge on my card was small but what if my account had been wiped out. I would be in huge predicament and my bank would not have my back. During this same fraudulent activity, my husbands card from a different bank was also used. They stopped a second charge, notified him of fraud, reversed the charges AND he had a new card the very next morning (a Saturday)! I had delusions that using a small bank was good for me, my town and just the right thing to do. None of that matters if my money is at risk and a small bank is incapable of protecting it. I hate it to do it but I have no choice but to move my accounts.
