My conclusions: 1) Citibank gets 5 stars due to their sensitivity to meeting the needs of the customers who are nonwhite. The Citibank Customer Service Reps are some of the best in the field. Choosing and hiring personnel who are aware of the customers being served appears to be one of the most important criteria for employment. 2) Citibank gets 5 stars due to the continued ease of using on-line banking. As a person over the age of 70, I found the internet process workable, as well as, comprehensive. As a result of my research, I have moved my direct deposit to Citibank and will consider establishing my business account there, in the future.

They treated us like a ten year old who lost their allowance, and we did not appreciate that. We closed our account, and are far better off at BMO Harris. Far, FAR better off.

This is the most inconvenient banking institution I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing…read more I have been a U.S. Bank customer for years. I deposited a physical check in the ATM. It took 11 days to clear. I recently deposited a check through the mobile banking app that I was given through the bank on April 4. The bank said my funds will be available by the 14th. They were indeed still being held up. I received a letter saying that they were going to continue to delay my funds until now the 16th unacceptable that you purposely delay your customers who have never bounced a check in their account since the account has been opened. Additionally, this was a work check from an employer that had been in my account previously it should not have taken this long, and I got a letter stating that they were purposely delaying me. I will be closing my account and withdrawing every dime out of this bank do not bank with U.S. Bank. they are inconvenient. Do not care about their customers and it takes entirely too long for them to release your funds. If you want a piece of mind and access to your funds in a timely manner bank somewhere else not U.S. Bank.
