They know their customers and are extremely helpful. I used to use one of the major bank chains and the level of service did not even come close. I dreaded having a question or needing to go into the back for anything. But not at FNBLI Patchogue. I actually like going here. Everyone that works is this bank is fantastic. I have also been to the Sayville and Huntington branches and have been very happy with the service there also. I can't say enough good things about this bank.

It's more or less a Regional Bank and I love it. Many banks today push online banking, mobile deposits etc. sorry that stuff is not for me. I like the personal touch. I think I have a pretty good relationship with all the employees of this branch of M & T and not only are they very friendly but always helpful with any questions or problems. We've been courted by other banks in the area but as far as I'm concerned they can keep on walking. I'm a loyal customer with no plans or desire to change banks. Yes I highly recommend this branch of M & T Bank.

This review is to identify M & T as a superlative bank to consider for several reasons. 1. The banking staff are exceptional and experts. 2. Headed by Anne, the Branch Manager, her associates are eager, patient and pleased to serve the customer. 3. All representatives take a personal interest in the customer's needs and make recommendations where appropriate Jermaine to the banking session. They're never in a rush. 4. Coffee is served as a nice touch for any customers who might have a short wait. But rest assured, the bank associate will spend as much time as you require till your banking needs are completed. 6. Full notary and other services are provided. "One Stop Shopping." 7. Unexpected, from time to time, I receive a personal phone call from their staff Just to determine if we need anything or merely to inquire how my family is. I've never seen this any where else. In short, M & T takes the time to make your banking experience most pleasant and personal. Were I able and not limited to five stars, I would easily rate ten stars to M & T.

I researched banks and found TD had the easiest banking options. I had to open a business and personal account so we went there. Well it took us four visits to get this simple task accomplished. We were miss a sheet of paper for the business so the next day I went by myself to get the account open and they would not do anything because my husband was not sitting there I explained that they could start the process and when they needed him to sign he would come in. You see he had gotten that Booster the day before and was flat on his back. NOOOO they would not do that.
