Their great on interest rates if you getting any type of loan. Customer service can be a bit challenging from time to time. Speed of bank tellers really suck. I sat on line for 2 hrs just to take out money. I thought it was ridiculous. Even before the pandemic I sat online for almost an half hour . Teachers always having issues on Friday with their Atm machine. Long line waiting to use it but either it runs out of money or someone card gets stuck in it. I don't understand why they dont have more than two atm machines. Another issue is most banks don't charge fees but teachers charge fees for almost everything.
