    I have been a customer of PNC Bank at the Mansfield branch located at 2061 NJ-57, Hackettstown, New…read moreJersey for over 30 years, maintaining two business accounts and one personal account. I was also preparing to open a fourth account. Recently, there has been a complete turnover in branch staff and management. The relationships built over decades are gone, and today I am treated as an unfamiliar customer rather than a long-standing client. This morning, I attempted to withdraw funds from the drive-through ATM and experienced three failed attempts. When I went inside, I was informed that the machine was already known to be malfunctioning. However, no notice had been posted. I was told staff are not permitted to mark the machine out of order or shut it down during business hours even when it is not working. I was also told that if a sign were placed on the machine and staff were not aware it had been repaired, customers might avoid using the ATM. This highlights a broader issue with communication. In most service environments, it would be expected that a technician would notify the branch when repairs are being made and confirm when the machine is back in service. Without that communication, customers are left to encounter known issues without any guidance. This is not simply inconvenient. It reflects a lack of basic customer consideration. Allowing customers to repeatedly make failed attempts on a known faulty machine is avoidable and should not happen. For that reason, I do not see value in escalating this to branch management or corporate. After more than three decades as a customer, I am now actively exploring alternative banking options. My rating for today's experience is 0 out of 5.

These people will treat you like crap especially if you are in a joint account with someone just make sure you are the first one on the contract they make you sign or be main account holder . Me and my girlfriend had a joint account we both contributed to, we shared the money equally . I was in charged of the online banking and budgeting because I was better at taking care of that stuff and other personal medical reasons. So we get into an argument on a firday as I was trying to dispute fraudulent charges. Long story short is that she was able to make it to get a new bank card I did not have to go because I just finished getting and activating my new that Friday which I didn't even get to use due the account being locked again ñdue to fraud. This time though I was getting fraud alert because someone was changing stuff on my online banking that I was locked out of and my girl friend did not have access to. its hard for her to do any kind of things like change passwords and stuff. I was getting notifications all weekend and throughout the beginning of the week about someone signing on to my online banking. Turn my phone off that my girlfriend ended up going to get a new bank card. That Saturday and try to get me off The account because she's mad. That Monday She told me what she was doing I asked to why she would do something like that, because. I needed to get my Diabetic medication That' Friday and I was able to. Go to that, I ended up In the hospital not only because My sugar was high but also because the anxiety that Paul Delorenzo gave me by the way he treated me. He had my girlfriend sign some paper that said that I said it was OK for me to be taken of this joint account remind you my girlfriend is considered legally blind and I'm sure she didn't not read what she sign at the branch. They told me they can take me of the account because I wasn't a member I was just a number 2 on her account. Paul Delorenzo even told me to take her to court because there is nothing he can do about it . There is a lot more but it's not even worth my time Typing because I tried to reach out to someone with more authority and they had me talk to Samantha the security lady. So I think its about time I start making a report of everything especially the fraud paper he got my girlfriend to sign off on that saying that reason for me being of the account is because the the card holder requested it which was me here ill post a picture. By the way inst bank fraud a federal offense....

Jeremy again! Great guy and had me out of there in 90 minutes including the time it took to call the lease-holder, get the docs together, etc. No surprises, just fair, honest business.
