My husband and I recently got married and we are trying to have one bank account, he really likes LCU so we compromised and decided to stay with them. Today, my husband tried adding me to his account so we both can manage our money, and guess what- the representative denied me. Why? Because she said I needed a piece of mail that matches my ID. I tried explaining that I don't receive mail I only get all my bills through online. Apparently that's not enough. I pulled up my utilities bill that had my full name AND address, I even went a step further and showed her my ID. She still said no. It's 2017, people rarely receive mail. LCU really needs to update their system and allow their customers to show online statements. They get our money but when you want to even touch your own money they make you jump through all these obstacles. Thanks LCU. Never recommending this credit union.

It's expired but that's completely besides the point. The point it, while in California it's impossible to try to deposit funds into a bank that's over 2,000 miles away so one of the bankers sent me a ton of bank by mail envelopes so I'd never have to drag myself to a currency exchange and get some of my precious money taken away from me as convenience fees. What's more exciting is when I walked into a branch location today, the customer service agent took an old ATM card of mine, readjusted my PIN number, told me about a new checking account I'm eligible for now and sent me more bank by mail envelopes. Well Chase Bank, WaMu may be holding onto their ankles, but I'm certainly happy with you!

I signed in at 11am... I noticed two bankers were helping an older couple set up a bank account, why they needed two bankers is beyond me. There was one banker helping another women, she was done helping the other customer by 11:15. I sat and waited and finally stood up to see where the lone banker was, she finally walked in front of me and asked me what I needed, she took my ID and I was done in less than 5 minutes. I believe I would of waited longer but the bank teller mentioned to the banker I was waiting. I didn't leave until 11:37am. I will never go into that branch again. Such a waste of time in a Wednesday morning... could you imagine how long you wait on a Saturday.

The lobby with high ceiling is large and spacious with lounge chairs and coffee pots. Great Customer Service! I chose Chase bank to open my business account. The branch manager was fast to greet you and offer you directions. The tellers were good. I had the professional agent.You should book the appointment with him!! He guide me through the whole process and answer all of my questions. He explained all the details and even helped me to open my online account. He also follow up with a phone call after a day to check on me. There were plenty of parking. I typically don't rate things but this was the best chase bank I've ever went too.
