It's the only bank that I know of, that's open on Sundays which is a GREAT thing considering you can get so much done on the day when everyone else are being lazy bums. The young lady there has always been nice to me each time I arrive, but this time I actually had a real conversation and their customer service is amazingly personal which is a good thing. Told to sit and wait and someone will be with me in 10-15 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. Why is there only 1 magical person at the entire branch who can update a PIN; how come the app can't do it? BofA seemingly loves technology -I'm looking at an ad for Zelle from Bank of America right in the waiting room to send money to friends and keep getting told to try the new Bank of America in-app assistant but nothing to change a PIN, I had to find the closest physical bank (driving 15 minutes out of my way) only to be told to wait another half an hour?! This is antique service; there's no reason why the same app i just used to transfer money and order a new debit card can't be used to reset a PIN with a confirmation code...or that I can't just do it on the phone vs driving to a physical location. So 30 minutes wasted for a round trip to the physical bank location plus another 30 minutes (and counting) wasted in an empty bank (which is closing in a few minutes) ...seems like great customer service to me. And I'm a platinum business member so this is as good as it gets.

On 4/4/24 a coworker and I had lunch at 12:00pm at a local restaurant Gators in Kent , on the 8th I…read morefound my account had a overcharge of $240.50 I disputed the charge on my account a temporary credit was applied. 2 weeks later my claim closed and credit taken away with out any correspondence from Bank of America asking for any additional information. I called multiple times even called the restaurant multiple times finally getting a copy of the charge from the restaurant. I had the Kent location bank of American fax the printout to the claims department. This printout has my claim number and the restaurants managers name and number written on it. The bank reopened my claim for about two weeks then with no correspondence again closed the claim and denied my claim. I have proof this is an overcharge on my account and Bank of America will do nothing to resolve the issue . I have pictures of the overcharge on my account see credit card charge the restaurant gave me . I filed complaints with the BBB, Washington state Department of Financial Institutions and get Jesse channel 7 news . This is a blatant theft !

Went through all security processes in front of banker including opening up my Chase app for verification. Everything was good sign all papers and got receipt. Hour later got call transfer was on hold. Contacted them again by phone and went through more security clearances and a boatload of questions. Passed that and several hours later got email saying money would not be sent. Still processing. Now no transfer on weekends. Now I don't expect it to transfer until Monday and not received until Tuesday. The bank can collect interest on a quarter million dollars an extra 4 days.

Large inside, lots of spots for tellers. Was able to walk right up to the counter to start my transaction. I told the guy I did not know my account number or how much was in my account, but wanted to make a withdrawal (I rarely use my account at this bank - and when I do, the people at the other two locations I go to never give me attitude). He told me to fill out a slip...okay. I brought it back up with my name and date. He looked at me like I was crazy and said "You need to fill it out." I said, "I gave you all the information I can, just as I said I knew." He rolled his eyes and had me do the whole swipe the card thing. Sorry to inconvenience you by asking you to write down a few numbers dude. He avoided looking at me or speaking to me other than to ask how much and count my money. Didn't know it was that huge of a deal. They have these iPad things up front now that they want you to use as well. No thanks - if I wanted to do my banking online I'd do it at home.
