He lied to me; I successfully opened one with just the social security card I had brought to Firststar at Bank of America on Saturday. He called the cops on me because he thought I said I was going to kill myself when I said "I can't do this all by myself!" in reference to getting a birth certificate by bus with a preemie who can't be around people because he has no immune system. So the police picked me up and physically assaulted me. I'm deaf and I guess the guy didn't understand me well enough at the bank when I was upset to know what I really said. He called the police. Baby boy and I went to the hospital and were discharged within a couple of hours because I'm fine. Now we have to have Child Protective Services involved in our lives and my mom is having to take time off work to be interviewed and shit. We are victims of discrimination and harassment. I call and went into my branch to get a copy of any and all closed IRA,s and they could not find it at my branch. i need proof of closures for MDHHS so i can get my benefits renewed i got the run around i am doing all the leg work. I called the 888-841-6519 IRA specialist and she said that they would get it out for me . The problem is i need it by the 16 of this month or i lose my benefits. The specialist said it would the 17th. I went into my local branch talked t0 the bank supervisor. He called and told m to compose a letter email it to him and he would email it to whomever that was Monday it is now 931.pm on Friday have not had any response for m any one.
