I call and went into my branch to get a copy of any and all closed IRA,s and they could not find it at my branch. i need proof of closures for MDHHS so i can get my benefits renewed i got the run around i am doing all the leg work. I called the 888-841-6519 IRA specialist and she said that they would get it out for me . The problem is i need it by the 16 of this month or i lose my benefits. The specialist said it would the 17th. I went into my local branch talked t0 the bank supervisor. He called and told m to compose a letter email it to him and he would email it to whomever that was Monday it is now 931.pm on Friday have not had any response for m any one. Getting very disillusioned with Hunting ton. Big turn over at that branch. luck to see the same people twice. I need answers about my proof of IRA close and feel i am getting the runaround
