Finally, I got assistance from a nice young g lady named Selma, I wanted to be mad, but Selma was so sweet I could not even think of being mad, besides it was not her fault. She apologized, and I kindly accepted. It was a few mins , once she cleared the machine I realized that my husband's freaking wedding ring was in the coins and had dropped inside, damn the devil. I let Selma know and she promised to get it back to me in a week no worries, heck the dude did not even tell me he did not have it..we have been married for 15 years so I'm not tripping, he's mine. Anyway, I got two lights away, my phone rang and it was the beautifully amazing Selma, Ms Kim, I have your ring...yaaass. Excellent customer service, give that girl a raise, she made the experience great.. When in the credit union, look for her, she is the young lady with the lovely smile

They didn't make any effort to contact a manager, research it online, or check whether such services existed within their company or affiliates. If I have to do all the research myself, I might as well do business with myself! It turns out this service has actually existed since 2012 through Royal Bank Georgia. I suggest updating staff training and product knowledge. Thanks to AI technology, I was able to find the information on my own--and I'm now a very happy customer.
