To the Branch Manager of this Chase Bank:
I get it that the days of face-to-face banking are starting to become a rarity, thanks to all the automated and electronic banking methods available to us in the modern age. But, the fact is that your company has chosen to keep this brick & mortar location open, and if you're going call yourselves "Open for Business", then you need to staff your location adequately.
Today I pulled into the drive-up; there were no other cars ahead of me, and the drive-up lane had a green arrow, indicating it was available. There was no teller or attendant to be found anywhere. This went on for literally 5 minutes. I nearly pulled away and left, but it was getting to be so ridiculous, I had to ride it out and see how long it would actually take. Five cars eventually pulled in behind me before someone eventually appeared behind the glass (McDonalds cup in hand).
This experience is similar to my last visit to this location, where I stood in line behind no less than 9 people inside the building, at an off-peak time of day, no less.
As of 7/24/2018, you have two Yelp reviews, both of which have a whopping one star. I hope you're taking note of this, because if you're not, your District Manager probably is.
Either re-staff, or please stop building banks at every corner and in every new shopping plaza. I think that's a fair request. What say you? read more
