I had my two younger kids (5&2) with me and while I was at the teller counter, they were in the sitting area. Long story short, my two year old made a mess of business cards and flyers. I was so embarrassed and apologized profusely. He assured me is was no problem as he has a two year old himself. And sent me on my way, with lollipops for the kids. Just had an overall amazing experience. Thank you Christopher!

Was greeted warmly and she readily complied with my request. Sold, no hassle just friendly customer service. I then asked about opening a checking account. She responded professionally and alerted the appropriate person. The manager greeted me, introduced herself and explained a customer swap due to expertise and then introduced me to the person who would open my account. Again all professional and friendly. BEST PART - Most favorable terms of all the banks I researched in Bradenton. Low amount needed to open and maintain the account. Online statements waives the $2 monthly fee. Plus free use of other ATM's as long as it's part of a network which they clearly explained. Very pleased with my initial experience and don't expect things to change.

She again stated that they do not service the machines. Just thought it was bad customer service whether they service the machines or not.

I notarized the document, but since he was so knowledgeable he also helped me solve other situations I had, because of other people's ignorance of the matter. JAY IS SUPER PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE TO DETAILS, and overall a great person to handle your finances!! I hope his supervisors know what a jewel of an employee they have!! Blake went on to say, they go through these "precautionary measures" to everyone who isn't a member at their bank, but there were nothing wrong with the checks, I feel racially profiled when I come into this establishment just because I am black, there was a 15$ check cashing fee as well and I asked, "why is it 15$" and Kelly replied with "because we're offering you a service" a service of what? Giving me a hard time because of my skin color?, This is your job it's what you get paid to do, you weren't doing me a service you were doing your job, so in conclusion, stay away from this bank far-away, you might aswell cash your checks at Amscot, you'll save $ and won't feel like you're being racially profiled.
