Cream on the inside, clean on the outside Cream on the inside, clean on the outside Cream on the inside, clean on the outside Ice, ice cream, ice, ice, ice cream paint job... Renovated interior of the bank. Outdoor and indoor atms. 5/5 Service Haven't had too much person to person service but this location is right by our parish so I swing by here often. The atm inside the bank can make larger withdrawals. 3/5 Parking Due to a Dutch neighbor parking can get tight. Especially on pay day, people want their money. 5/5 Likelihood to Return It's on our way to St John's in Baldwin Park so if I need a quick withdrawal I'll swing by. Fast frendly service. They went above and beyond for me. Very helpful and patient with my situation.

Their customer service is below average I've been banking with them on and off for 11-14 years and this branch always gives me B.S. service like I'm going to rob them of their money for a lousy $150 check given to me by my payroll company I've cashed several of the same checks. And they don't want to cash it only deposit it what ever happened to serving your customer right they might as well get rid of the bankers and put in more heartless non emotional machines to replace them I'm telling Baldwin Park chase bank sucks they need a better manager and better trainers. read more

On a Sunday. I know the bank is closed but out of the 5 atm's they have how can only one be working ? There was a line of 6 ppl when I walked into the atm lobby area. All of them were not dispensing cash and out of receipt paper except one..really Chase !? It shouldn't take that long for a quick cash withdraw... Disappointing read more

I had always loved coming to this bank because the bankers were always nice until one day my mother made a large cash deposit in their atms and the atm jammed. My mother tried to tell a banker who was there and she was no help just told her to call a number and that there was just an error in the machine . This lady didn't give her her name didn't do anything to reassure her or offer any assistance whatsoever. We tried to talk to their management and they pretty much told us to handle it ourselves with their customer service phone number. After 3 hours on the phone they assured us they would investigate. Now weeks later They tell her she only made a deposit of 570 dollars when she only used 100s. My mother has been with this bank since they were Washington Mutual ,she is an honest lady all she wanted to do was pay her property tax and these people did nothing to help her. read more

I went with my bf to open an account we went around 5 PM ish and by the time they got to us on the list it's already 530 Candelario Bermudez explains to us that the specialist that opens accounts may not be able to help us so we say okay can you ask he literally turns the corner and I follow him to see if this "specialist" even exist and sure enough he didnt ask anyone. when he comes back he starts to say I asked my coworker and they said they cant do it so I ask may we speak to your coworker because I dont think you asked anyone and he just looks at me and walks away. Like seriously??? I'm only writing this review because Candelario Bermudez obviously needs more training. I am offended that he thinks I'm stupid enough to believe his lies. read more

Used to like it here as I have my personal and business accounts here. I have always loved chase but this is crazy. They put in all these machines and only have 2 tellers so the line is out the door. They got rid of the business line so I have to wait over a half hour to do any business banking. A change needs to be made. read more

Chase Bank - Horrible. This is the line at 2:00 on a weekday. And no business line. - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Baldwin Park, California

I have been coming to this chase for over a year for business deposits. Most of the tellers are nice with the exception of one. Since they got the new ATMs inside, the lines are always long, I always have to wait 15-30 minutes and they only have two windows open. Avoid this location unless you have the time to wait around. read more

I usually pass by every Thursday after work here in the mornings and the service is great. The bank tellers are nice and fast. One thing I truly dislike a lot is the fact that every single time I enter the bank there is always someone asking for money in the bank entrance door. I really hope Chase figures out what to do and have these individuals removed. Either way I am very satisfied overall with Chase and the bank employees in this branch. Update: 1/17/16 Seems like Chase managed to get rid of these individuals, so far so good. I must point out that the employees every time I visit this Chase in particular, they are always prompt and courteous. +rep :) read more

I had just seen that commercial about getting a replacement card at the branch, and what do you know I misplace my card... You have to write your name down and wait to be called, it cannot be done by the teller. read more

This chase used to provide more tellers and a business window for transactions. They have taken away the tellers and added more ATMs. The people who work there are great that's why I give it two stars but when there's only 2 tellers during the busiest hrs I blame the branch read more

Just needed a new card, had me waiting for an agent half an hour while two greeters were standing there doing nothing. Worst.

Very nice and very professional and very effective with their time on educating me on what kind of account I was getting into

I use to go to Chase bank at Baldwin Park . But one day I went to the bank to deposit money, a teller one hand to do the transaction and another hand typed a message on her cell phone right next to her work station .... that's unprofessional to services the customer and also I felt unsecured to protect my informations read more

Your machines are inefficient. It shorted me $7.00 dollars. Please hire more tellers. I will write a hand written personal letter regarding these machines and your service. I'm 32 weeks pregnant waiting in a 30 minute line to speak to a teller. Besides the wait line. Theirs a sign in sheet to see a personal banker "that never approached me" or even offered water! Chain manager step your game up. Your branch is unavailing! read more

There is always people begging for money, selling candy or otherwise shady outside the door/in the parking lot.

Worst customer service ever..so unhelpful so rude. Went on for abs ATM replacement I told him I was sure I left it in the ATM at another branch I asked if he could call and ask, he said we don't do that. I said that's funny it's been done before. I asked if I could have a temporary one or reprint a card I know chase does that..he said we don't do that not even an I'm sorry. I asked if how long it would take he never answered me. I asked if customer service had changed lately with Chase and he said no I don't think so. Funny I called the bank where I thought my ATM was and they found it however it was too late since the card had already been cancelled and the new one ordered, however that rep said if I went in the branch today he could give me a replacement and cancel the one rude guy ordered. Horrible experience, especially when you are already stressed about losing your card not the way you want to be treated I give them negative stars read more

Horrible customer service. Took my mom to get her PIN changed. Waited and waited. Noticed they crossed off her name saying she was called. I told CSR hat I noticed most in here are seniors. And perhaps they should approach the sitting area and call out the name. I'm 45 years old and never hear my moms name called. How could my mom hear it. I told this to the girl helping us and got nothing but attitude from her. Shame on you Chase. read more
