Their customer service is below average I've been banking with them on and off for 11-14 years and this branch always gives me B.S. service like I'm going to rob them of their money for a lousy $150 check given to me by my payroll company I've cashed several of the same checks. And they don't want to cash it only deposit it what ever happened to serving your customer right they might as well get rid of the bankers and put in more heartless non emotional machines to replace them I'm telling Baldwin Park chase bank sucks they need a better manager and better trainers. read more

It's 2022 by now everyone should be up to date with COVID regulation I guess not chase their outdoor ATM is a mess you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in months . Definetly not coming back to this location until they start cleaning it . read more

On a Sunday. I know the bank is closed but out of the 5 atm's they have how can only one be working ? There was a line of 6 ppl when I walked into the atm lobby area. I had always loved coming to this bank because the bankers were always nice until one day my mother made a large cash deposit in their atms and the atm jammed. My mother tried to tell a banker who was there and she was no help just told her to call a number and that there was just an error in the machine . This lady didn't give her her name didn't do anything to reassure her or offer any assistance whatsoever.We tried to talk to their management and they pretty much told us to handle it ourselves with their customer service phone number. After 3 hours on the phone they assured us they would investigate. Now weeks later They tell her she only made a deposit of 570 dollars when she only used 100s. My mother has been with this bank since they were Washington Mutual ,she is an honest lady all she wanted to do was pay her property tax and these people did nothing to help her. read more

I went with my bf to open an account we went around 5 PM ish and by the time they got to us on the list it's already 530 Candelario Bermudez explains to us that the specialist that opens accounts may not be able to help us so we say okay can you ask he literally turns the corner and I follow him to see if this "specialist" even exist and sure enough he didnt ask anyone. when he comes back he starts to say I asked my coworker and they said they cant do it so I ask may we speak to your coworker because I dont think you asked anyone and he just looks at me and walks away. Today, someone low life used my ATM to purchase $418.70 worth of gas and at FedEx. Chase fraud department alerted me on my cell and called me. They handled the situation immediately and issued me a new card. Thank you fraud department keep up the awesome job and putting my mind at ease. So grateful. read more

I have been coming to this chase for over a year for business deposits. Most of the tellers are nice with the exception of one. Since they got the new ATMs inside, the lines are always long, I always have to wait 15-30 minutes and they only have two windows open. Avoid this location unless you have the time to wait around. read more

I usually pass by every Thursday after work here in the mornings and the service is great. The bank tellers are nice and fast. One thing I truly dislike a lot is the fact that every single time I enter the bank there is always someone asking for money in the bank entrance door. I really hope Chase figures out what to do and have these individuals removed. Either way I am very satisfied overall with Chase and the bank employees in this branch. Update: 1/17/16 Seems like Chase managed to get rid of these individuals, so far so good. I must point out that the employees every time I visit this Chase in particular, they are always prompt and courteous. +rep :) read more

Your machines are inefficient. It shorted me $7.00 dollars. Please hire more tellers. I will write a hand written personal letter regarding these machines and your service. Worst customer service ever..so unhelpful so rude. Went on for abs ATM replacement I told him I was sure I left it in the ATM at another branch I asked if he could call and ask, he said we don't do that. I said that's funny it's been done before. I asked if I could have a temporary one or reprint a card I know chase does that..he said we don't do that not even an I'm sorry. I asked if how long it would take he never answered me. I asked if customer service had changed lately with Chase and he said no I don't think so. Funny I called the bank where I thought my ATM was and they found it however it was too late since the card had already been cancelled and the new one ordered, however that rep said if I went in the branch today he could give me a replacement and cancel the one rude guy ordered. Horrible customer service. Took my mom to get her PIN changed. Waited and waited. Noticed they crossed off her name saying she was called. I told CSR hat I noticed most in here are seniors. And perhaps they should approach the sitting area and call out the name. I'm 45 years old and never hear my moms name called. How could my mom hear it.
