This is defiantly a 5 star bank. Everyone always super friendly. I read few 1 star reviews they are too funny. Teenagers having identity crises. Someone didn't greet them properly and they are putting 1 star reviews. I have been banking here for over 10 years even back in a day when this use to be WaShington Mutual (Wamu) Branch. Never had an issue. read more

Chase Bank - Loby - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Antelope, California

I had to switch Banking institutions due to convenience. The nearest branch for the bank that I've used for 25+ years is 10 miles away. I just moved to the area four years ago. I was very fortunate to get Adrian to assist opening up, checking and savings accounts at this branch. Adrian was very patient and knowledgeable. read more

I don't recommend this bank. They don't seem to know what they're doing. They always cashed my checks since they were from this bank, but then suddenly told me I can't do it anymore. Don't waste your time opening an account here. read more

Las veces que yo he ido siempre me atienden bien y rápido. Me encanta que hablan en muchos diferentes idiomas Gisela Jimenez excelente servicio. read more

So far one star. The reason for it is to that they don't have enough employees at the bank. They had 2 people behind the counter and one person in the boot. I have been sitting here for about an hour and a half, and no one haven't even came up to me. I'm pretty sure that I will be sitting here for another hour and a half. read more

Chase Bank - Banks & Credit Unions Near Me - Antelope, California

This is not my personal bank and I'm here only once a month to make the house payments. Bank is located in the WinCo shopping center. It is very nice and clean and the customer service is great. Never had any issues with long lines or the bank tellers. Today I was helped by Maria and she did and excellent job. Even tho I'm not a Chase customer I'm impressed with their customer service and efficiency. 5 Stars for this Chase. read more

I hate chase bank this is the second time i've had to deal with incompetent people! The first time was in elk Grove by bel Air she not only was incompetent but rude as hell. Today Trying to get a signature guarantee for my bond to release my money to my daughter she was like how do I know that is your account well you have my name on it and my account number and you have my ID and my debit card her response, you could've printed this up! Saying that I need to have some thing with my name and the account number which is exactly what that paper was printed from the bank still in the envelope from the bank with my name on it with the mail stamp with the FedEx on! With my banker that I deal with her name is on it phone number and address with the name of the bank on it??? what am I missing!!! Always Incompetent bankers!!!! And my daughter has a bank account with chase LOL so!!!! Ughhhhhh hire people who know what the hell they are looking at!!! Everything she needed was in front of her making Excusing or incompetent and didn't have this trouble when I did this for my other daughter !!! I hate chase and there employees!!!! read more

This was my first time at this Chase Bank Location, and it was such a good experience. I Had just finished my Graveyard Shift, finally got paid, and needed to set up a bank account. Coming to the bank while i was so tired, was already, in my head considered to be a "hassle". Anyways what turned my experience and end of my day around was the super rad Filipino guy names Alvin who helped me set my account up. Super rad dude, calm, funny, and knew a lot about Marvel comics. He kept me laughing and talking the whole way through. He also Let me in on a great deal because i was a college student. Hooked me up with a cool Darth Vader Card. And the rest was history. It was a really smooth experience and that man deserves a raise. He made sure his customer was happy and satisfied, and answered all the questions i had in great detail. Thanks again! -Josiah R. 6-6-16 4pm and only 2 tellers working. Talk about an inconvenience for business banking. No merchant teller and with the new hires the customer service isn't the greatest anymore. I bank with chase personally and I'd rather drive an hour out of my way then go to this one. Customer service is great, however that's also the problem. The tellers end up talking and chatting when there's a line growing, also it's the lack of employees they have, more so now since they're expecting new ATMs. I miss the fact it used to be quick ...seems like it's more like the dmv now read more

Customer service is great. They always remember us. They are kind to my kids and always ask if it's OK to give them a lollipop. I'm giving it 4 stars because they only have one teller. Sometimes 2. So you are in line for awhile. That seems to be the trend for all Banks. Its very annoying. I just recently found out that the machines inside can deposit your money. If it's a chase check it's available right away. I hate that they only give $200 if it's from another bank and then you have to wait 24 hrs. I do like that when you use the inside machine it can give you any denomination back. Wish the outside machines did that. read more

There is always a line despite the fact many of them are just sitting around doing nothing. They just installed these machines to be more efficient and I guess so they can be lazier and not require as many tellers. They are absolutely pointless, they never work and efficiency has even decreased. The staff is mostly women and they are extremely rude! All of them have horrible attitudes. read more

Always great service at this branch every time I come in. Recently Alvin helped me sort out some service fee issues and was very helpful in explaining why it happened and what to do to prevent it from happening again. All the tellers are also extremely friendly and helpful read more

I had a great experience at this chase bank the Associate Alvin went above and beyond his duty of service to help me with my problem and ended up getting me on my way in good time read more

Every time I go there ,the line is huge (15-20 min) to wait to make deposits to someone else account ,and only 2 windows .Also no cash deposit allows. read more

The cashier chick was rude and they charged me $8 to cash a check from THEIR bank! No, I don't have an account at your crappy bank but it's a check from YOUR bank. Ugh, the stupidity and greed kills me. read more

I think it's unprofessional & rude for a Banker or Banking Manager Marie to read a customer's transactions out loud.

Chase is awesome! I have tried multiple different banks and none have provided the service and tools chase does. They would rank a 6th star in my book if the account would be free! read more

Worst bank ever. Always full with not enough clerks. Bank has been taking longer to clear checks now so even doing things online sucks. If you're thinking about joining chase... don't! read more

I waited in line for 20 mins than another 20+ sitting in the crowded waiting area. While the line grew to the door (at least 10 customers in line). Finally a woman got off the her phone in her cubical to help the last people in line go to the ATM instead of helping me or others who had been there forever! Terrible customer service!! read more

I have never had many bad experiences with Chase and they usually do anything to make any faults right. However I did come in here with an issue which I normally don't and talk to a little Chinese girl and she was so rude and disrespectful. I don't know how many time she rolled her eyes. I don't know how she could even stay employed. Maybe she was on her menstrual cycle and it made her on edge she might want to consider some prozac. Terrible terrible terrible customer service I ended up being unable to resolve my issue with Chase as this a little Chinese girl or Filipino or whatever the hell she is was completely on interested in trying to help me with my scenario. In my opinion she has no business working with the public. And the next time I go into Chase I will get her name and update my yelp account. If I could give this Chase a zero and still make a review I would. And I really hope that Chase reads of these because there is onlyOne Chinese looking girl in there so they know that there's at least one employee they need to consider letting go. read more

1 banker on a Saturday is absurd!!!!!! Waiting 20 mins so far just to get a new bank card that may or may not work. Hire more people to run a business properly. This is the worse service I have received at any chase bank ever!!!! read more
