    So far one star. The reason for it is to that they don't have enough employees at the bank. They had 2 people behind the counter and one person in the boot. I have been sitting here for about an hour and a half, and no one haven't even came up to me. I'm pretty sure that I will be sitting here for another hour and a half.

    This is defiantly a 5 star bank. Everyone always super friendly. I read few 1 star reviews they are too funny. Teenagers having identity crises. Someone didn't greet them properly and they are putting 1 star reviews. I have been banking here for over 10 years even back in a day when this use to be WaShington Mutual (Wamu) Branch. Never had an issue.

    This is not my personal bank and I'm here only once a month to make the house payments. Bank is located in the WinCo shopping center. It is very nice and clean and the customer service is great. Never had any issues with long lines or the bank tellers. Today I was helped by Maria and she did and excellent job. Even tho I'm not a Chase customer I'm impressed with their customer service and efficiency. 5 Stars for this Chase.

    I will say that I have been a longtime customer with "Chase Bank" ever since they took over the…read moreexisting Washington Mutual locations dating back to 2008-09. And over the years, many Chase locations have closed and downsized throughout the greater Sacramento area. Furthermore, they have eliminated all of their ATM's at Target stores, gas stations, and convenience stores. The Chase Bank that I am focusing on is located directly on Madison Ave (in between Date Ave/College Oak Dr) that is just a couple blocks east of Interstate 80 in Sacramento. I also wanted to add that this location is the only one within a 5-mile radius; the closest other branches are east in Citrus Heights (Sunrise Blvd/Macy Plaza Dr), Antelope (Elverta Rd/Walerga Rd), and Arden-Arcade (Watt Ave/El Camino Ave). That's a very sporadic geographical area but nonetheless, it aligns itself with other major banks (Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc). The parking lot is quite spacious since this branch does not share itself with any other businesses. I also wanted to add that the exterior has a drive-thru with two ATM's as well as a walk-up ATM (both open 24 hours). I would advise not using the walk-up ATM after dark since this area can be quite sketch at nighttime. Their hours of operation are standard with other branches as they are open weekdays from 9am-5pm, Saturdays from 9am-2pm, and closed on Sundays. More often than not, I have seen a security guard at the main entrance. The inside is actually very large and spacious with roughly 5-6 walk-up tellers. However, more often than not, you are lucky to get only two employees at any given time. I also wanted to add that there is one inside ATM (where you can withdraw $1s, $5s, $20s, and $100s) and several areas where you can meet with Chase financial advisors in setting up savings accounts, credit cards, mortgages, and other financial needs. The primary reason why I am giving the Madison Ave Chase Bank three stars are primarily the long wait times I have experienced. I try to do as much as possible on the Chase mobile app but there are times when I need to meet with live humans in doing physical transactions. Some have been very helpful but at other times is trying to pull teeth out of people. One unfortunate thing that happened was that I was the victim of identity theft where my Zelle account was compromised and money was electronically taken out of my bank. That took several staff members in fixing the matter (which did take a few weeks to solve). With the average service, decent location, and overall experience, I am giving the Madison "Chase Bank" an average three star rating.

    So had 2 small external transfers done from 2 separate banks…read moreto my son's checking account (joint account as he is under 18). Patelco pulled the money successfully from the 2 banks, stated in the app that the transfers were successfully completed, but no sign of the money in the account after a week. So my son could not access it. We called Wed, Thur, and Fri as each time we called they stated the transactions were pending and they would post the next morning. When it didn't happen we would call again and get the same story-for 3 days. No one knew what was wrong, and no one kept notes or communicated it in our account info, so each time we called we had to explain it all again. On Friday someone did finally state they would escalate it and get back to us by end of day-it never happened. So we called on Saturday-and explained it for the 4th time and they came back with the exact same thing-it's pending and wait until Monday. We did not accept this at this point and spoke to a supervisor-she stated she would put the money in the account as a "provisional credit" so my son could access it, while they figure it out on their end. The account showed the money was there and available so my son went to the atm the next day (Sunday). At the atm it stated there was the amount he was expecting in the account and it was available. When my son went to pull out 10% of the total he was declined due to "insufficient funds". Ugh! We are so done! We are now going into the branch tomorrow (Monday) and closing our accounts. And getting all the funds in cash right then and there. I have never had such issues and phone conversations going around in circles for a few hundred dollars! These were small transfers! Very unprofessional and it's infuriating! Patelco took the money from the other Banks but then refused to simply put it into the account so we had no access to it. Very horrible customer service! We then heard her greet the couple who arrived before us. About 10 minutes later, she had finished the visit with the couple, and she immediately came and greeted us, and asked how she could help us. My mom had heard about Patelco from a friend of hers, who told her that it used to be a credit union for Pacific Bell employees (or something like that?). I was surprised to learn that Patelco has been in business for over 80 years. And even more surprising, that this Roseville location has been around for over 20 years too! So what brought us to Patelco was that Mom's friend found out about Patelco's awesome Money Market rates. They have a 3% APY for balances up to $2000. That's unheard of nowadays! We both were able to set up an account and take advantage of Patelco's awesome rates. We had an enjoyable time talking with Robyn too, who was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I love people you can just joke around with and ask questions without any hesitations. She was even sweet enough to give us a little goodie for opening new accounts today! I was definitely impressed by this location and with Robyn's excellent customer service (especially after having such a terrible one at their Elk Grove location the day before). Would definitely recommend this location to my friends.
