    SAFE is the best place to bank at! Alyssa at the Sunrise location is extremely helpful. I love being a member of SAFE!

It's just that there are not enough of them. And now - in what seems like an effort to hide this fact - the company has remodeled the lobby, reducing the tellers stations to 4! No matter, they rarely ever had more than 3 working at any given time anyway. I would love if I never had to come in but there are certain deposits i must do that require an in-person visit, so the choice is not mine to make. This has no reflection on the tellers at this branch. They are all wonderful.

The staff and management at this branch have reached an all time low in customer service. I visited today to get a check simply endorsed by the branch so I could cash my check for my homeowners insurance claim. I went in and spent about 30 minutes, just to be told that "Sorry our system isn't working... but if you wait about 10 minutes it should get resolved" So I waited, patiently... I didn't expect it to take so long so I kindly went back up the counter and said "I have to leave for an appointment, I can come back later." I was met with a "Sure, come back after and we can get it taken care of." I promptly returned about 1 hour later and waited for Rajni to tell me "I'm sorry, I can't do it now, you will have to do it tomorrow, I'm short on bankers and can't help you right now..." So I booked an appointment for the following day and am absolutely befuddled with the fact that me being a customer of Wells Fargo can't receive service for something, not once, but twice.

    Our Citibank account was hacked. We couldn't believe it! They got 2 nice sized withdrawals & then…read morethe alarms went off to notify us of unusual withdrawal activity to our account. My husband called our local branch & spoke with Monica Buckner. Monica helped with what she could over the phone but then asked us to come into the bank first thing the following morning so we could get the help we needed to straighten out our account. We drove over to the Sunrise Blvd Citibank in Citrus Heights...our closest branch. We were there when they opened but Monica had already been previously booked for that day so the branch manager, Michelle Brown, took care of us immediately. I can't begin to tell you the care, empathy, compassion & customer service we received from both women. (Also a shout out to Zoriana for her help setting up our new cards. So courteous & patient.) Michelle, the branch manager, spent over 3 & a half hours with us! She closed our old account, composed a new profile & opened a new acct for us. We spoke with the fraud dept & filed a claim. Michelle, also suggested that we file a police report, which we have done. New debit cards were issued & activated. Our old debit cards deactivated. Thank you, Zoriana. Michelle linked my credit card to our acct as it wasn't before. She printed out our transaction journal so we have a list of companies we need to change our account number with. She also helped me with my Thank You points, which are substantial. Then we took out a consolidation loan that has a much lower percentage rate so we'll save money in the long run. Many, many phone calls & her patience with us was off the charts!!! Thank you so very much to all @ Sunrise Blvd Citibank. We truly appreciate you.

    We had an awesome experience at this location. Robyn is a rock star!…read more When we entered the location, we were immediately greeted by Robyn, who told us that they would be with us soon. We then heard her greet the couple who arrived before us. About 10 minutes later, she had finished the visit with the couple, and she immediately came and greeted us, and asked how she could help us. My mom had heard about Patelco from a friend of hers, who told her that it used to be a credit union for Pacific Bell employees (or something like that?). I was surprised to learn that Patelco has been in business for over 80 years. And even more surprising, that this Roseville location has been around for over 20 years too! So what brought us to Patelco was that Mom's friend found out about Patelco's awesome Money Market rates. They have a 3% APY for balances up to $2000. That's unheard of nowadays! We both were able to set up an account and take advantage of Patelco's awesome rates. We had an enjoyable time talking with Robyn too, who was very upbeat, friendly and knowledgeable. I love people you can just joke around with and ask questions without any hesitations. She was even sweet enough to give us a little goodie for opening new accounts today! I was definitely impressed by this location and with Robyn's excellent customer service (especially after having such a terrible one at their Elk Grove location the day before). Would definitely recommend this location to my friends.

    So had 2 small external transfers done from 2 separate banks…read moreto my son's checking account (joint account as he is under 18). Patelco pulled the money successfully from the 2 banks, stated in the app that the transfers were successfully completed, but no sign of the money in the account after a week. So my son could not access it. We called Wed, Thur, and Fri as each time we called they stated the transactions were pending and they would post the next morning. When it didn't happen we would call again and get the same story-for 3 days. No one knew what was wrong, and no one kept notes or communicated it in our account info, so each time we called we had to explain it all again. On Friday someone did finally state they would escalate it and get back to us by end of day-it never happened. So we called on Saturday-and explained it for the 4th time and they came back with the exact same thing-it's pending and wait until Monday. We did not accept this at this point and spoke to a supervisor-she stated she would put the money in the account as a "provisional credit" so my son could access it, while they figure it out on their end. The account showed the money was there and available so my son went to the atm the next day (Sunday). At the atm it stated there was the amount he was expecting in the account and it was available. When my son went to pull out 10% of the total he was declined due to "insufficient funds". Ugh! We are so done! We are now going into the branch tomorrow (Monday) and closing our accounts. And getting all the funds in cash right then and there. I have never had such issues and phone conversations going around in circles for a few hundred dollars! These were small transfers! Very unprofessional and it's infuriating! Patelco took the money from the other Banks but then refused to simply put it into the account so we had no access to it. Very horrible customer service! I do not recommend.
