You can get parking validated for 20 minutes and then after 20 minutes you need to pay. If you need to see the teller or a banker, you will most likely surpass the 20 minutes of free parking. Street Parking: you can also get street parking if you come early enough for parking or get luck with spots. Bank Tellers: the person that helped me moved extremely slow. I wish I could use the ATM machines, although I needed to see the teller for this specific visit. When i asked to validate my parking, it took about 5 minutes. This one is in the middle of a mall parking lot, but it doesn't share its building with any other business. It also has four outdoor ATMs, more than I've seen in a very long time. (There might be some inside as well, but I haven't been inside.) Fee-free money in denominations other than twenties is great. I wish more Bay Area credit-union ATMs did this.

I needed to wire some money to a title company to refinance my home and when I arrived when their doors opened at 9 AM, the line was very long. When I finally reached the teller, I was disappointed to learn that she could not wire the money for me and that I needed to work with a specialist due to wire transfers requiring more time. The teller shared that since I did not have an appointment it would be an hour wait. Frustrated in hearing that news as I did not have that much time to wait, I asked to schedule the appointment in the afternoon for me to return to only learn that there were no openings in the afternoon. Now, even more frustrated, as I needed to wire the funds that day, as aske the teller what other alternatives existed and if she could check with another nearby branch and schedule me an appointment in the afternoon. At this moment, Mr. Gabriel Flores, Credit Solutions Advisor, approached me and shared that he had heard our discussion while assisting other customers and said that he could assist. He kindly squeezed me in with Ms. Mojibola Bamidele-Sadiq, Relationship Manager & Business Owner Specialist, to assist me in her office before her first scheduled appointment that morning and she was able to wire the money for me in about 15 minutes.
