Once you walk in you place your order a self order kiosk and take a seat as you wait for your food. I ordered a Patacon Especial which is Shredded chicken, fresh tomatoes, avocado, coleslaw and cheese on green plantains crostini and added a side of spicy salsa. The filling was savory not overtly salty or over sauced. The green plantains were perfectly fried to a crisp. Service was friendly and inviting. Authentically Venezuelan. The tortillas were flour, and warm but not cooked on a comal. The nachos de chili were a very strange combination of flavors and heaps of sour cream on it. Chili doesn't belong on Mexican nachos. I only ordered it thinking it was "chile con carne." The carnitas tacos were cooked in onions and very mushy which is not typical of crispy, fried carnitas. The service was rushed and the servers appeared stressed, perhaps in training. The place itself is cute and well decorated.
