This place is awesome! I got the derma-plane facial done and it only took 30 minutes. I was so confused with other spas because they say 10 minutes or 30 minutes or an hour but charnel only took 30 minutes and it was 40 dollars with her Yelp special. I do my make up all the time and I'm very careful with cleaning but this treatment took off so much dead skin and left my face looking awesome with and without make up on. I highly suggest coming here! Very clean and quiet office. The best part is that she's very knowledgeable about using all natural creams, lotions etcetera. I do have very sensitive skin so I was very red and had some welts but nothing to worry. Within 30 minutes after the treatment my face was back to its normal color. Now, when I clean my face it's so much better!!!! Definitely going back next month! read more

Nelly was sooo nice. It was my very first brazillian wax and I've never shaved or waxed down there. No doubt it was painful, but Nelly helped me through the whole process. Not only that, but she had a special service. The original price of the brazillian wax was about $80 but I think as a summer offer, she only charged me $26. If I still lived in Vegas, I would go to this place all the time. The service was great and the staff was friendly. I would definitely come back on my next visit in Vegas. read more

I went in for my first facial. I had been doing my research because I was going to get the acne facial. I have severe acne and I started noticing a difference as soon as a day after the facial. The reviews on here are spot on about Nelly. She is fantastic! She began with asking me why I thought I had acne and what I could do differently to make my face healthier from inside out. She had a soft touch, her hands felt like they were made of silk! I'm definitely coming back because of her. She made my first experience so comfortable! read more

I loved it! I already had my salon for waxing but on an emergency I had to look for one since my original one didn't have any appointments available. Now I'm glad I did. I love it, it was a great experience! Nelly is extremely kind & easy to talk to. Besides great customer service, I also noticed my skin was softer than the other times I had done it at other salons & for the first time ever, it wasn't irritated at all. I found my new favorite salon! read more

This review is long overdue since I've been going to Nelly for a while now. I go to her for monthly acne facials and she also does my Brazilian and underarm waxing. Nelly is more of a mom type than just an aesthetician. She has all the gadgets and gizmos to whip my skin into shape and will let you knew what you need to do for the health of your skin. I was a little nervous with the gadgets the first time, but whatever they are they work. Any other facials I've had don't compare at all. It definitely is pricier than most facials I've had but I waste money on things that don't matter all month so I'm not gonna get cheap when it comes to my face and skin. I know I say it all the time but thank you so much Nelly for taking good care of me every time I come in. read more
