I asked for Tina to do both my fill in and pedicure based on the reviews. She was very friendly and I thought she did a nice job on both. The only disappointments I had were their lack of OPI products, which I really prefer, and the salon needs a little deep cleaning. There were spots that were dusty, a laundry hamper with unfolded laundry sitting out and things that just made it seem a little unkept. I think I will give her another try as she did a nice job. I do hope they get some more OPI products and do a little cleaning. It's very convenient in the Publix shopping center where I shop regularly.

The nail lady did do a thorough job with shaping my nails and making sure it was what I wanted. However, I do wish she cleaned up my cuticles properly with a cuticle trimmer vs the nail machine that just shreds them away. It left me with a not super clean look. The first time they cut my toe which took a couple of weeks to heal, and today she cut the same toe twice. I was told by her that I had an ingrown toenail, but I will tell you I have never had any pain until she used the tweezers and went too far. There were curtains hanging from the ceiling should you want privacy during your treatment. The sat in a large massage chair and instantly relaxed. I was offered something to drink, water, wine or beer. I missed you water being run directly into the basin that's been cleaned out ahead of time. To my pleasant surprise they used a disposable liner inside the Basin which added a lovely layer of hygiene. I was presented with a menu of pedicure options that included things such as hot stone massage, extended massage, paraffin wax treatment and a variety of other things. One lady completed my pedicure, place my flip-flops on my feet and led me to the desk seat to have my hands done. Overall, I was happy with the results . I tend to be a bit of a perfectionist and they weren't exactly perfect as I felt the tips for a little thick , however, their work done was pretty good. The lady completing my work was lovely and polite constantly asking me what I thought of what she was doing and if I needed things changed. My French gel mani and french pedi came to $61. A little more expensive than what i am used to but reasonable nonetheless. They do not take American Express but accept other major credit cards. They had about 10 or so massage chairs and about six desk style chairs for you to get your hands done as well as some private rooms in the back for waxing and this place would work if you had a large crowd. The only thing that I really didn't care for was how long it took. Working fairly diligently it took over two hours which comes to be a bit long in my opinion. I looked up a few places and even went to a different one but everyone was booked. I have a party tonight, I need these gnarly feet fixed!! So my mom says, go to Love's, we go there all the time. Ok! Like with anything, my first stop is Yelp. Yikes! Doesn't look good at all! But mother knows best so I said what the heck and decided to chance it. A gentleman did my nails and I think he did a pretty good job. He was very thorough and checked and double checked his work. His paint work wasn't perfect but he did a nice job. I had some water transfers I wanted out on too and I think he hadn't seen them before so they aren't perfect but still look nice. Let's talk about my feet. I feel sorry for this poor man, those toes are frightening! He tackled those ugly things without any hesitation and put some extra attention in which I desperately needed. I decided to go the full Nelson since it was my first pedi of the season and did the deluxe with paraffin and hot towels. It was very relaxing and felt wonderful. Afterward my feet actually looked human! Looked pretty darn good in fact and I was thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. They were very nice and did a good job but the lady that was working on me was a little rough with my feet. I think she might have just been in a hurry but it wasn't the most pleasant experience. It wasn't very relaxing because it hurt and I was tense. She did a good job on my polish but unfortunately it started to chip off within about a week. Usually my polish lasts almost a month before I have to have it redone. If I go back to visit hopefully they won't be in such a hurry next time.

She said "no no I had to cancel I promoted it didn't go through!" (Sadly I should have pulled up my Amex app but didn't!" She told me to swipe my card again. I did and added a $30 tip even though my nails were not the color I chose and were not done how I asked but already been there so long I said "screw it!" The next day I thought I need to look at my Amex and sure enough a $370 and $400 charge as you can see on the photo. I called them first and she apologized. I don't want apologies I want money back into my account because my APR IS 23%. She told it it would take 5-7 days. NO!! I got my nails done you want your $$ now. Not in 5-7 days. So I contacted Amex and told them. They told me ok it would be 24-48 hours on Friday. Today Thursday I get in and the $ is not in. This nail salon disputed my dispute and Mindy called me today apologizing that it was a mistake and this is a process to refund me my $. Needless to say I'm not going to return and would suggest to find another place. There are a ton of salons that won't steal your money.

My tech Mindy covered the entire nail bed with acrylic (including cuticles!) when she put on the new set. I had gone for a fill-in, and the polish wasn't good. After going home and discussing with my hubby, I called and asked for a re-polish. Mindy agreed and I came back next day. She said acrylic was old and too thick and I agreed to a new set. The previous day she had filed it thinner, but now she was making it super thick. Covering the entire nail bed is dangerous because the nail can't breathe!. I was also asked to pay additional (but slightly reduced price). I will be finding a new place to go, which is unfortunate. I WAS getting lots of compliments on my nails and they were very convenient.‍
