Unfortunately, my mother passed away in 2024. Six months later, I had to place my father in memory care. In March 2025, I fell very ill and was unwell for four months. With everything that was going on since 2024 my home office turned into a dumping ground for various items like mail, packages, paper clutter and clothing. My sewing and craft room also became cluttered. Every time I sat down to start organizing, I felt overwhelmed and didn't know where to begin. I decided to take a leap of faith and hired a professional organizer to help me get both rooms in order before the new year. Tzipora and another organizer came to my home and transformed my sewing room in just two hours. On another day, they helped me organize my home office in two and a half hours. The spaces now look wonderful. They came one more day assisted me in clearing out two closet spaces and provided me with great tips to keep the areas clutter-free. This transformation has inspired my husband and I to manage our paper clutter as soon as it comes into the house. It has also inspired us to declutter and donate items that we don't need. They didn't finish half the items on the list to clean (such as kitchen cabinets and vents) even though these items were stated in the service agreement. They left dust balls everywhere. It it absolutely filthy (pictures of how they left my vents and cabinets attached). When I raised the issue with them, they said these were stains that couldn't be removed, but I wet one paper towel with water and was able to remove all the dust and stains. It's clear they didn't even try. They sent their team TWO times and their team rushed through and didn't clean most items, and when I flagged more spots that were left dirty, they asked to send their team a third time... absolutely ridiculous. I have no idea how they have 4.5 stars here. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. Merry Maids's customer service and quality of work is very poor and not worth the money whatsoever.

Everything was fine, so I went to my husband's unit to sleep. I woke up in the middle of the night, having tremors. My husband freaked out and called the ambulance. Turns out I had kidney failure and stayed in the hospital for a week while they solved the problem of a blocked ureter. More surgery. My husband knew I had to put together all the stuff in my new condo and organize. Clothes folded and hung up. Books shelved. Kitchen completely organized. Furniture situated. Family pictures and knickknacks appropriately displayed. He called you! He had a personal friendship with you. I came home from the hospital and was shocked! My new condo looked like something from a magazine. Sweaters folded so perfectly, the way they look in fancy shops. Kitchen perfectly organized. I started crying. I had been sitting in the hospital wondering how in the world I would get up the strength to even unpack one box. Fletcher and these wonderful women made me forever grateful. I love the fact that they are a family owned business, you can tell with the way they interact with you and the level of respect that is given to their clients. My install was quick and painless! Two gents came over and were done in about four and half hours! I got my entire top floor re carpeted, my steps and closets. I was only responsible for moving the small things, they handled everything else. They were quick, courteous and professional! I am thoroughly pleased with everything from start to finish.
