Unfortunately, we initially had some scheduling conflicts, so I decided to cast a wider net for the job. I then created a task here on Yelp and got additional quotes. She promptly responded again and apologized for the previous scheduling snafus and booked something immediately. She also agreed to honor the previously agreed-upon rate. She came for a consultation, which we conducted remotely, as I was tied up at work. She was gracious enough to walk me through the process on FaceTime, and I described the vision. She listened attentively and even gave my dog some rubs as he trailed her around the house. Due to my schedule, she also worked independently on the day of installation. She kept me informed with texts and pictures of everything as she went along. Due to my poor measuring skills, we were a little short on both walls. I promptly ordered more paper, and she will return to complete the job. Even still, it looked extremely professional, and I am loving interacting with it, even in its unfinished state.
