Thank goodness I did. They have a beautiful walk in humidor with an ample selection of sticks. They also have a nice smoking lounge in the back where I was able to sit and converse with a few locals and another traveler, like myself. Had a great time! Any stranger who walked in (ie: me) was immediately welcomed and was able to engage in the chatter. Everyone was super friendly. The price I paid for my cigar was well worth the experience I had here. I will definitely be stopping in every time I am in Laredo. Great place, great prices, and even better people.

They play loud music with heavy bass that can be heard all the way inside hotel rooms, well above the city's legal noise limit of 55 decibels. When they were called The International Office to kindly ask them to lower the volume, the business refused. This total lack of consideration for their neighbors makes them terrible community members, and their indifference to local noise laws only adds to the frustration. If you're staying in the area, be prepared to deal with their obnoxious volume--clearly, they don't care about being good neighbors.
