If I could give zero stars I would. The driver was falling asleep when driving my 17 year old son home from Marlow. My son was alarmed when the car started to slow down and then speed up repeatedly, and then start swerving into the other side of the road. He could see in the rear view that the driver's eyes were closed, so he started to tap him on the shoulder to try and keep him awake, but he kept nodding off. My son then tried to ask him lots of questions about himself to try and keep him awake by talking, but he still was nodding off and closing his eyes. My son got out before our house and walked the rest of the way home as he was so scared. I spoke to the 'manager' the next day, who claimed my son was not telling the truth, protesting that his driver was 'fine' when he got back to the office. I expressed that at the very least my son should have a refund (he works hard for his money and had paid for the cab himself, NOT me) for the £27, and after lots of arguing, he offered a gesture of £10, but was very adamant to not take responsibility or accountability for what he claimed didn't actually happen (which I refused and have asked for the details of the owner, as I intend to take this further). I am absolutely disgusted and appalled at the zero level of concern or customer service from a company whose website claims that 'We pride ourselves on taking you to your destination in a safe and comfortable manner...
